Its a big apartment in an old heritage building. Big shared backyard with a wood fired BBQ. 5 minute walk to Picton Station. 20 minute train to Campbelltown, 1 hour to Central. 10 minute walk to Picton main street, shops, pubs and cafes. Internet, power and water bills all included in rent. Massive veranda. Top floor apartment. Working fireplace inside. Bedroom is currently used as storage/desk space. I will clear all that out for you so the room will be empty. Inflatable mattress in pics is a double ( should give you an idea of the size of the room). I am willing to negotiate on rent. If you like the sound of it we can organise an inspection and have a chat.
School teacher, Gamer, Nerd :) I keep to myself mostly though I'm always down for a chat. I do like having friends over for a hang out on Friday nights (usually 3 or 4 mates, we don't stay up too long anyway) I'm ok with pets. Live with 2 cats and a dog atm but they are not mine. Just looking for a room to call my own. Down for a teamup if that's your thing.
Hey people, My partner and I are looking at starting a share house. I am a manufacturing supervisor and work nights 2:30 - 11pm mon - thurs and 12- 6pm Friday’s. I enjoy a beer or two on the weekend and enjoy gaming, BBQs, motorbikes and the outdoors. My partner is 25 and is starting uni to become a vet and also works in disability services. Anna enjoys reading and loves animals along with all things makeup and beauty! We have a little staffy she’s 3 and loves people but is a bit hit and miss with other dogs and is not cat friendly. We are looking for people like minded who are friendly and respectful. Quiet bbqs and small gatherings are our thing now as we have past the point of partying hard except for special events! If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you. Couples would be fine as well.
A girl and her dog relocating to Camden from Wollongong. We love pizza, wine and naps. I will be studying paramedicine full time at Campbelltown this year and continue to work part time in my current job. Marley is 5 yo labrador. He is an 11/10 good boy. All he asks is that you share a chip with him for eternal love in return. I have a full house of furniture already and am looking for a 3 or 4 bed/2 bath place with a good backyard for Marley. Ideally looking to start a new place.
Hi, I'm a chilled, easy going, down to earth 37yr old currently working fulltime in Sydney but living in Kiama. I am wanting to move back to Sydney as the commute is too much for me. I would love a team up but otherwise am looking for a large space or a room in a place with storage too as i have more than just bedroom furniture. I also have 3 crazy but cool cats who i keep outside of a day and inside of a night. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
Adventuresome professional (ride 2 motorbikes & sail), educated (MBA), well read & travelled, quiet, clean, social, work a lot including 2 days from home (business consultant & coach for multinational company), gym & pushbike for fitness. From Cleveland Ohio, lived & worked in Europe. Have older daughter in Central Coast. Don't cook much & love music.
I'm a 27yo Registered Nurse working full-time. Respectful, tidy and laid back. I like to keep my environment (including shared spaces) clean and presentable - I always clean up after myself. I'm easy to get along with and don't take things too seriously. If I'm not at work, I'm usually watching Netflix/Stan/Foxtel. I like my alone-time but will also enjoy hanging out with housemates. I'm looking for a pet-friendly place (and housemate/s who are dog-lovers) as I have a 10yo Samoyed who loves people and gets on with other dogs. He is an outside dog so does need a cool, shady spot to laze around in. I am after a place to share with other females only.
Recently built 4 bedroom home with free access to a pool and gym through community title. The house has floor heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. With a massive kitchen, lounge room, theatre and dining, there is plenty of room. Close to local shops including supermarket and BWS. Just off the Hume Highway so nice and accessible from every direction. Only a 20 minute drive to Wollongong beach.
Hi! Full time worker and in town for 5 months! Always up for adventures around town. Boyfriend is in Canberra and sister is in Sydney, so realistically would only be living there for a few days a week! Up for a chat if you are, but happy with my own company too!
Med student/massage therapist, easy-going company, vegetarian (but okay being in a house with meat eaters!), tend to cook humongous portion sizes so hello leftovers, like to keep my space fairly tidy, equally content socialising with housemates or giving them their space, love homemade facemasks, bushwalking is my way of taking a break (grew up in Blue Mountains). My aim for this year is to save up enough money to do a paragliding course. Cheers
22 years old! Looking for somewhere or others, where we all get along and can enjoy a bit of banter. Full time electrician working in Sydney. Relaxed and outgoing, clean and tidy. Usually out and about on the weekends. Love the snow. Can cook to!
I am a clean, domesticated man with a love of gardening. I'm a Primary school teacher so am great with children and can offer to tutor your children. I keep to myself but am sociable at the same time. I am focused on my career. I hardly drink, am a non-smoker and don't have many visitors.
Hi lovelies, I'm a down to earth, 28 year old female, seeking a female housemate. I currently live on my own - have done so for the last 8 months and I've decided I need some sanity. Living alone gets lonely and adopting a cat simply didn't cut it, so here I am. Im currently living in a 1 bedroom unit and I really miss living in a house! And being a single female it is quite hard to afford something nice on my own so looking for someone in a possible similar situation? I'm thinking budget wise $500-$550 per week for the house, a 3 or 4 bedroom place so that there's also enough space for the both of us. I'm after the main bedroom - I'm happy to pay a little extra per week, I also have lounge room furniture, dining table & chairs, fridge & washing machine so you wouldn't need to worry about those. I'm currently living in Liverpool - but looking to move out Currans Hill, Narellan Vale, Mount Annan way etc.. I need a change! What I'm seeking: Someone who has a sense of humor. Someone who is not a clean freak. I like to be tidy, but if I don't feel like doing the dishes immediately, I won't. You get the drift. Someone who likes music. I love my music and it is played often lol. I also listen to all kinds of music except heavy metal. Someone who is chill. I smoke, I drink - So if you do not smoke nor drink or have judgement to people that do, I'm really sorry but we probably won't get along and I'm not the girl for you . Someone who is an animal person. You may even have pets! Even better if you do - I have cats! You must be able to tolerate cats. My kitty is a lapcat anyway and will most likely just want cuddles all the time. Someone who doesn't mind if I have guests. Not all the time, I am a homebody - but I like to entertain and I know how to throw a good party! Even better if you'd like to join in! Essentially, I want someone I can be comfortable around, be able to have a laugh and joke around with and be able to trust. Honesty, respect and loyalty are very important to me. After all, we will be living together. So - in a nutshell, if you can relate to any of this, shoot me an email with abit about yourself and we'll go from there! I look forward to hearing from you soon future housemate! Amanda :)
Hi there! I'm Jen, 30yo single female. I work in emergency services full time. I am a shift worker, usually five days on and five off, spend a fair amount of my time off away with my family, or studying. Because of my shift work, I will have a couple of days where I won't being doing much but sleeping in preparation for, or recovery from, nightshift. I sleep very heavily though - do not feel as though you have to tiptoe around me. I do keep odd hours due to this, however I am quiet, respectful of others and their needs and come and go discreetly. Due to the nature of my work I will sometimes need my own space, but I am friendly and outgoing, approachable and understanding. Happy to relax over a drink and nice meal. I am tidy and quiet, but always happy to have a chat. Respectful of personal space and needing time to relax and recharge at home without distraction. Happy to share cooking and cleaning. I do like to have a quiet place to escape to, as my job can be very demanding at times. Have my own furniture, and will arrange my own food. Always happy to share & cook extra meals though! I am really into meal prepping, and like to be organised while working due to my hours, however during days off, I love the challenge of complicated recipes as a way to unwind and always love to share the results. I do have a love affair with food!
I play Video games and bass guitar. I tend to keep to myself but do like to be sociable. I dont make a lot of noise. I go to bed early (9:30-pm10pm) and wake up early (5:30am-6am).
