I am 20 years old and a NUS-ANU joint degree student returning from Singapore, I lean towards being extroverted and am always excited to experience different environments and get to know new people. I was raised in a family of females (I don't mind a good chick flick) so I've picked up good habits as well as responsibilities at a young age. When I moved to Singapore for study I lived in a local student dorm where I made my second family of 127 people.

I work full time at the National Gallery of Australia in Mountcutting and Framing - Conservation I currently reside in Braidwood - a sweet little town in NSW - about 1hrs drive from Canberra My weekly commute has become a little taxing on myself and my vehicle. I’m looking for a small quite room I could use to crash 3-5 nights a week. Sincerely, Surya
Hi, my name's Eeca. I work part-time at Canberra Outlet Centre and study full-time at ANU. When at home, I usually like reading, watching youtube, or going for a run. I think I'm relatively quiet, but I'm happy to chat too. I can share a bathroom and kitchen. I like a good washing machine, as I go running most days and so go through some sports gear... I'm a 35yr old male and I've just moved to Canberra for study, 2019-2021. I'm looking for a 6-12 month stay initially, anywhere near ANU or Fyshwick, or inbetween.
Moving to Canberra to start full-time work as part of the APS. Avid reader, and digital and film photographer. I'm looking for a share house that's both relaxed and sociable. Always happy to chat and share some good food, but appreciate the value of alone time as well. I am quite tidy and clean up after myself, but also desperately learning how to cook: any help would be appreciated!
Hi, I'm Hannah - I'm 28 years old, and moving from Perth to Canberra in mid-February to start a new role in the APS. I'm looking to share a place with one or two others, preferably somewhere in Canberra's inner-south. I'm pleasant, tidy and conscientious, enjoy socialising but also quiet time to recharge. I'd like to live with other young professionals who are keen for friendly chats (current events or Game of Thrones both work) and some shared meals. I like to cook, keep active, play a bit of music and get out and explore. Flatmates that would be keen to hike on the weekends (or share their local knowledge) would be a bonus!
Hey, 😊 I'm Chris and I'm 26 and work full-time in finance. I'm easy going, tidy and handy around the house. I'm looking at moving to Canberra asap to be closer to work and friends. Some things I love include coffee, wine, hiking, sailing, reading, indoor plants and cooking - just to name a few. Also just started out as an amateur beer brewer, so stay tuned! I'd be keen to meet up briefly to have a chat and see if we'd be perfect housemates so please let me know!
Hey! I'm Daniel, I have just graduated from a law degree in Tasmania and I'm moving to Canberra in February to take up a position in an APS Grad Program. I am looking for a room for rent and one or two housemates. I'm a housemate for all seasons - I like my own space and to chill, but would be more than up for a chat, cook or adventure on occasion. I'm clean, neat, patient, respectful and a good listener. I have spent the past two years living on my own and the year before that living in a share house and I enjoyed both. I love music but promise to put on headphones and keep it quiet. Please feel free to message me!
Hi! I'm moving all the way from Perth and will be continuing my learning journey as an educator in Parkes. I'm an easy-going person who values other people's privacy, but is happy to join and have a chat over a meal or head out to places for brunch and dinner.
Hi all, I'm Kate and currently working full time. I moved to Canberra from Melbourne almost a year ago and now actively looking for a place to move to at the end of February. I'm flexible with furnishings but I would prefer to have my own bathroom/ensuite. I am pretty easy going, I like to explore places on weekends, go on hikes, do yoga, share a beverage or two, and occasionally go to bars. I'm hoping to find housemates with similar interests and who are pretty easy to get along with. I like a clean living space, I am tidy and I respect people's privacy and properties. If you like what to hear, shoot me a message.
I am starting a graduate position with the APS. I am fairly social and open to hanging out or just relaxing at home. I am looking for a place with a carpark to get myself established in Canberra. Am fairly flexible with the length of stay, I could be happy to settle in for the longer term.
Hi! I’m a 20 year old recent graduate looking to team up/ join an existing share house in Canberra! A bit more about me though: - I have a Bachelor of Criminology - I’ll be working full time as a Security Analyst - Not much of a partier although I do love a few drinks now and then. Much more of a coffee drinker, and I love a good chat over a cup. - Self admitted candle addict - I’m my spare time I love to watch Netflix, read and eat. Hoping to hear from you soon ☺️
I'm down to earth and like to learn from the people around me. I need a bit of solitude from time to time, but also make an effort to be a supportive housemate. The outdoors, exercise, and conversations over coffee are some of the things that I enjoy most. I'm a small business owner looking to knuckle down for the year ahead. I'm looking to either team up with one or two others to find a house to rent, or move into an existing share house. If you think we'd get along as housemates, please get in touch.
I am pretty clean but not oppressively so. I like to have fun but also like a lot of time to myself to work on passions and projects. I'm good at cooking and am a pretty decent conversation, whatever you're into. Friendly and easy going, good taste in things but also not too judgemental, so if you have bad taste don't worry ;)
Okay so a bit about myself, I have lived in share housing before so I definitely know the dill. I’m 19 years old, I work as a dental assistant in Manuka. For fun I like to hang out with friends, eating, movies, drinks all that kinda stuff! I enjoy watching Netflix after work and enjoy socialising over dinner. :) *must be in walking distance to a bus stop too Lauren x
I'm a friendly, responsible and clean person with a sense of humour. I study a landscaping apprenticeship at CIT (but currently still looking for an employer), and I enjoy photography, gaming, and the outdoors. I like a tidy and clean room and try to keep my surroundings that way. Looking for long-term rental accommodation in a share house or separate flat.
Hello, My name is Juliet and I currently still live at home. I work full time at a car rental company and work on a shift work rotating roster between the Canberra Airport and city office. I am a clean and quiet individual and enjoy cooking and having communal meals. I also like to try new restaurants. I'm looking for a room in a share house. Bills included in rent and furnished preferred with off street parking. Flexible with how many people and share bathroom. Ideally I'd like to live with other clean people who are considerate also. If you feel I'm a potential candidate, don't hesitate to contact me.
Hi guys, My name is Ben. I am 27 years old, work full time in the department of defence at Russell Offices and looking for somewhere to call home over the next 12-24 months. I have been living in rentals for the last 5-6 years of my life, am very tidy, respectful of others space but also enjoy a good chat or a beer on a Friday. I don’t start work until the end of the month so am pretty much free anytime however would like to have something sorted by the end of next week (25th Jan). I am currently in the process of moving down from Darwin where I lived in a 4 bedroom house on my own. I have quite a bit of stuff such as brand new top of line washer and dryer, fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, large 5 seater couch, coffee table, surround sound and 55 inch smart led tv (just to make a few). If not required though some of this may be able to be placed into storage which is no issue. I also have a few tools and see myself as a bit of handy man around the house. I enjoy keeping fit, cooking and exploring what this city has to offer. I will usually be working from 7:30 - 6pm and may be required to travel around the country for a few days here and there. Regards, Ben
Hi, I'm Nancy and I'll be moving to Canberra (from Sydney) in Feb to study Honours at ADFA - looking for a room in the inner North or South Canberra. I've got sharehouse experience and good rental history. I'm fairly introverted and respect housemates' privacy, but as I'll be new to the city I'm quite keen to socialise and have a chat and share meals and a drink when we're all free. I'm excited to explore walks and hikes around Canberra, and hoping to improve my cooking and baking skills. I'm tidy, a non-smoker and don't have pets (but more than happy to share with pets!).
G'day, I've just moved up to Canberra from Melbourne to work full time in the public service and am looking for a good sharehouse. I've lived in sharehouses for years back home and had really positive experiences. I'm a considerate housemate who is respectful and easy going. I'm interested in finding a house with that balance between a friendly and social atmosphere with some personal space. I like seeing live music, getting outdoors (rock climbing, hiking etc) and having good chats over dinner or a drink. Looking forward to meeting some interesting people in Canberra. *photo is my last house, I'm on the far right
I'm currently working part time at a clothing store and will be starting part time study in Beauty Therapy in February. I've been renting/in share homes for a year now and I'm looking for somewhere new. I love to cook healthy meals and keep active and would love to share a home with someone with a similar lifestyle (although not essential).
Hi, I've recently relocated to Canberra from Melbourne. I work full time in the APS and in my spare time enjoy reading, cooking, and playing sports. I am looking for a room not too far from the office ideally with my own bathroom, but am flexible on that.
