Currently working part-time and looking to move in around mid April, preferably somewhere close to the CBD. I'm quiet, and will respect your privacy but am always up for a chat. I clean up after myself, and don't mind doing housework/gardening as long as I'm not the only one doing it. Can provide previous housemates as references.
My name is Amy, I live just outside of Geelong and am looking for a room while I'm studying at ACU. Im extremely easy going and easy to get along with. I like to keep a clean and tidy house as well as having respect for others in the house in terms of noise level, equal cleaning and cooking.
Hello! This is a fantastic, quiet home in Ballarat Central. The shops are an easy walk or drive away, the hospital is a 10 min walk and the train station is a 5-10 min drive away. We have ducted heating, air con, cable NBN, laundry with washing machine, fully furnished kitchen, dining room and lounge. The bedroom available for rent is a large room at the front of the house with two built-in wardrobes. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. In addition, we have two elderly cats who stay outside during the day and inside at night. They are afraid of other animals, so we unfortunately cannot have any other pets.
Hi, I'm offering a room in a modernish 3 bedroom house which is walking distance to ACU university and BHS/St John of God. I've timed it before and it's a 13 minute walk to BHS (but sometimes you need to drive cause it does get chilly). The room has plenty of wardrobes and should be big enough to fit a Queen. The house is extremely comfortable, quite modern, with a big bathroom that you will be sharing. The kitchen has a modern oven, stove top and dishwasher. We have great NBN and a living room setup (minus sofa set). The central heating is absolutely fantastic during the freezing Ballarat nights. Plenty of free parking off street so have your friends over. Backyard is low maintenance so it just needs a small amount of love every now and then. MaxiFoods is nearby and Ballarat Central is a 2 minute drive away if you need to go that way. We're currently on a month by month My name's Chris. I'm a 26 year old professional working at Ballarat Health Services. I work full time from 8-5 and mainly chill on weeknights. I usually spend my weekends in Melbourne. I'm pretty relaxed, respectful of others, but like to socialise as well. I attempt to be clean so we'll set a good schedule for house cleaning things! You will also be living with Cameron who is 26 also works at BHS. We're both very easy to get along with. Anyway, hit us back if you're keen. We need someone to move in ASAP.
This house is located in a quiet street in Sebastopol close to the shops. Neighbours are lovely older couples and as it's an Avenue there is little traffic. The house is a 1950's weatherboard house. The kitchen has been updated however the bathroom has not yet been. I plan on renovating in the future however everything is working and clean. The bedroom has built-in cupboards and is carpeted. There is unlimited internet available and bills (gas, electricity and water) will be divided. There is a TV in the lounge room with Netflix and Youtube available which you're welcome to use. I have two cats who live inside and a 4 month old puppy who lives outside. I'm completely flexible on the start date and the duration of your stay.
This house is situated 800 metres from Sturt St and 800 metres from the Lydiard south campus of Fed Uni, with some bus routes leaving from across the road. There is a big fully enclosed back yard, with room for off-street parking and a storage shed. Sensor security lighting in front and back yards. Garden maintenance is included in the rent. The house has two gas heaters, one in the room that's for rent. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The room for rent is sizeable (3.6 x 3.8 mts.) and has a north facing window. it contains an almost new inner spring bed, desk and chair, easy chair, hanging rack, two chests of drawers and a gas heater. This house takes a while to cool down when it's cold, and a while to heat up when it's warm. it's tolerable for Ballarat's moody climate. The kitchen is small but has good cooking facilities.
Looking for a tidy, friendly and professional house mate. In a quiet + safe neighborhood Close to Supermarkets + Gym + Park + Hospital Washing Machine + Dishwasher + Backyard Shared Utility Bills Internet is about 30 bucks each + gas/water/electricity bills are split between three of us which works out to be quite cheap. You would only need to furnish your room.
Great room available living with three female house mates. Your room has built in wardrobes and is unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished but you are welcome to bring what you have. Street parking, we are pretty relaxed and would love someone who is clean and fun. Feel free to message me with any questions you have.

I'm a 30 year old professional with a full time job. I've just moved to Ballarat and I'm looking to find a share house close to town with good heating and preferably with my own bathroom. I've lived in share houses since my uni days and enjoy the company of others and I am respectful of other people and their belongings. Bonus - I come with a coffee machine!!
Hi I'm Hannah. Due to start a PhD at FedUni in July so looking for a place to live. I'm English, a non-smoker, easy going, clean tidy and respectful of other peoples belongings. I enjoy socialising (although not a crazy party person) and playing sport - fully intend on joining a team once I move.
I'm a full time dental assistant working in Lucas, I'm currently looking for one other female to either move in with or organise to find a house to rent together by mid April - I also have my cat Pheonix, she's almost 2 and my little shadow, I'm happy to move even sooner as well so that I can have something permanent sorted out, I also love to cook - I do have a nut and peanut allergy as well (its quite a severe allergy) so I am looking for someone that can be mindful of that (emergency room trips aren't fun) :) please don't hesitate to send me a message xx
I work casual/ part-time hours at a pool lounge/ bar as well being a fully qualified personal trainer... I enjoy walking most places to keep my fitness up and I normally workout at home with whatever I have around the house. I'm normally out most of the time whether it's working, fitness sessions or chilling out with mates
We're both extremely clean and easy to get along with. We don't smoke, we have no pets, and we both work. We're quiet people when we need to be and we're respectful of other people. We like to go out for drinks, play netball/footy and we're very active. Both currently working in Ballarat but living in Maryborough.
HI all, I am looking for a rental property on acreage.. nothing fancy as my main concern is to have at least 5 acres with a house at a price I can afford long term. I have two old working dogs that are very well behaved, have my own portable enclosure for them when I'm not home and set it up like a doggy kingdom. I also have 2 old work horses that have been everywhere with me and I'd love to have them near by and if have to agist I would but only if very close by or next door. I can set up my solar electric fencing system on any fence so if your fences aren't great I can work around that for the right property. I have good references and am a nonsmoker, tidy, clean and work in real estate so am a good reliable tenant. I am wanting to move to a place close to Ballarat closer the better but within 20mins drive is ok too. If you have something or know anyone that does please inbox me. Thanks... Carmody Glass
I am an easy going artist who is a bit of a foodie, neat and tidy and a reliable rent payer. Happy and witty, intelligent and creative, I'm into DIY and gardening and do a mean chicken in the weber! I am not a party animal but into red wine and music. I am employed at Monash Health. Currently, I am living in Melbourne. From May to July I will be visiting my Mum in SA, so my stay in Ballarat will commence on the 1/8/2017. I realise that I'm starting my search rather early, but as I will be coming to Ballarat practically every weekend between Feb and April, I was hoping to meet with potential flatmates for our mutual benefit. Who knows, you may have a room for me when the time comes and then we already know each other! If not, well then we have just found a new friend to pick up with come Spring! :)
I think I'd be great to live with because I'm a happy, outgoing person. I love to cook and I like to have a clean house. I'm a manager at KFC currently, but am looking at doing a childcare course. I love country music, but also like a wide variety of music, but you'll most likely hear my country music a lot. I love animals although I won't be moving in with any.
