LOOKING TO TEAM UP $500 PW for each pavilion. I am a creative and respectful women and am committed to building connections with others that promote relationships of integrity. My 6 year old daughter and myself have decided to relocate to Bangalow or surrounds, I have been living on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Avalon Beach, most of my life and am at a stage where I would like my daughter to experience a more Community centred lifestyle. We found a gorgeous home in Clunes, that consists of 3 adjoined pavilions, each connected by a surrounding deck and swimming pool with views to the coast. Its a dream home and i would love to connect with someone/ couple or family to share this piece of paradise. The idea is to team up with two other individuals/family or couple, each with their own pavilion.

The space you can call your own is the entire upstairs part of the main house which includes the main bedroom, an office, a small lounge/yoga area and balcony. The total rent is $392 per week (includes landline phone, electricity, mowing and WiFi). The space is available early August. Payment of 2 weeks rent in advance plus bond of $1570 is required. There is big organic veggie gardens, a fruit orchard, forest, creek, dam, tropical gardens galore, outdoor bath and so much more. We have no traffic noise and no visible neighbours. If this sounds like the perfect space for you to call home please contact Craig for further details.
I'm very clean, organised, quiet, polite, educated, with a sense of fun. I'm capable and responsible. If a fire broke out I'd know what to do. I've never smoked but I like a glass of prosecco or good red every now and then. I can look after myself but I am caring, responsible and empathetic. I'm a lawyer and have been for the last 15 years or so. I've lived at Lennox Head for 1.5 years and purchased land at Bangalow where I plan to build my home eventually. I used to ride horses professionally and would like to get back into it but it does get very hot up here which would make it tough I imagine. I have a kitten, well 2 of a litter of 5 that were dumped on me and which I would love to keep if possible. I have found homes for the others. I love living near the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night while in bed. But I also love the rolling green hills and sub-tropical landscape in the hinterland. All of it is very beautiful. I like a clean house, I hate grot, grots and mess. I need a large unfurnished room or two as I have either plenty of furniture or a lot of storage! Cheers!
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
I'm hoping to find a long-term home for at least a year; or longer, if all works out well. I definitely like calm and quiet in my home environment, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a teacher who recently retired from working with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I'm now studying a three year Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week, one a private class in Mullum, and one in Byron. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I have my own income. I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I'm not rigid about it. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well.
I have a room to rent in a large, cute 3brm home in Clunes in a quiet street within walking distance to the famed Clunes General Store and Café. Clunes is located halfway between Bangalow and Lismore and is an ideal for anyone working in the Hinterland or the Byron Area.

Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
Large 3 bedroom house on acreage with lovely views of distant hills and lots of green. Feels very rural but only short drive to beach (Brunswick heads < 10 minutes) and Mullumbimby (also < 10 minutes). Living room has cosy fire for winter. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and can be furnished. Large room has plenty of space for creating your own retreat for study, yoga etc.
We live in a beautiful 4bedroom house in Bangalow. This property is special. It has large airy rooms, polished floors and high ceilings throughout, original fireplace, a light filled kitchen that opens out through a servery onto the deck, gas everything, two lovely verandahs, some chickens (coming soon) and an amazing view over Bangalow hills.
Looking for a studio or separate bedroom. Im a registered nurse and work permanent-part time in Mullumbimby aged care. I love to surf and I'm a vegetarian. Live a healthy lifestyle and don't drink or smoke.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living at Numulgi in the hinterland looking after a house and some lovely dogs and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I make natural dyes and do botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.

Looking to move into a share house with likeminded people around a similar age. I'm 23, have been studying Holistic Nutrition for a couple of years and want to develop my careers path in that industry. Hello! We have a beautiful, A-frame, wooden cottage for rent. It has one bedroom, and a separate living room/kitchen space. Polished wood floors throughout. Cabled internet access. Gas hot water. Electric stove and oven. Bespoke, wooden kitchen benches. It has a veranda on two sides, and is attached to the main house by a covered walkway. No TV antennae. The cottage is unfurnished. Please excuse the photo that shows the room as furnished. I will add a different photo soon. We are on 17 acres on a mountain side, just out of The Channon ... far away from the hustle and bustle of the 'real world'. Very quiet and serene. :-) Please note that we are on a gravel road. There is an extensive, established orchard on the property, along with some veggie gardens. If you're interested in helping out in the garden, we are happy to share fresh, home-grown produce with you. :-) We are on tank water, so there is a need to be very mindful of water usage, especially in the dry periods. Utilities are included in the rent, although fair use applies. If you're interested, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to ask any questions you may have. :-) Peace Aurelia
I'm relocating from Canberra to the Byron area at at the end of Aug (earlier if possible) I have full time work as a carpenter there. I have a little Aussie bulldog girl and a chocolate amstaff boy as well as two female ferrets, so am looking for people that love animals and laughing. My time outside of work is spent writing/creating music, exercising and training the animals. If you enjoy joking/laughing, connecting, animals and are conscious then get in contact. Would ideally like to find somewhere within 20mins from Byron, on some acreage in the rainforest. 😊
I'm a Wookie-Hobbit hybrid with a Brazillian, and a writer. I have spinal damage but still mobile, and just want a place where I can write my books & screenplays, plus grow veggies. I'm 6'4" so I need a decent sized room, plus a study/office for my writing. I don't have any pets of my own but very happy to live with someone who does SO LONG AS they are well trained, cared for, and don't become a burden to me through lack of training and care by their human parents, I would also be particularly intolerant of witnessing any abuse of such pets.
