Hi, I am Denny joseph starting my studies in hobart from August 4th onwards. Would love to get a room to do all my work without disturbance. Financially I am stable. I am quiet and will always have a consideration for all the people in the House. As I had lived in Melbourne for more than 1 year I know how to live in a sharehouse.People who are interested in team ups can also contact me. Thanku
On offer is a room & board in my family home which is about 6km outside of Richmond (off Grass Tree Hill Rd). There is NO bus service within walking distance from home, but there is a bus service in Richmond town centre. I drive to Hobart most days (I work in the CBD) which takes about 20 - 25 mins. I have plenty of off-street parking. Quiet home on a couple of acres overlooking the Coal Valley. The deal would be no board / rent (but food and internet to be paid by you) in exchange for some childcare when I need to go away for work and some housework (e.g. floors, bathrooms, shared room). I do not go away every week or month - but, there are patches where I may be away for 1-3 nights. I never work over weekends. We have previously had PhD student boarders in Geelong (our last house) and it worked well. You must be friendly and easy going.
This is a brand new townhouse in Geilston Bay, currently occupied by 2 girls, open to another girl or boy. Looking for a professional. The house is furnished apart from the bedroom. Large deck and enclosed grass area.
Unfurnished room for share $175 per week per person or $230 per couple in a quiet location, excluding all bills, bills will be split by all adults. Nice house, close to Eastland shopping Centre and bus, but having car will be easier. The room is available in 1st of September.

Hi guys, we are looking for a place to stay for 10 days while we wait for our place. We have already found a place but it becomes available on the 16th. Dates would be from the 6th to the 16th. About us, we are a chilean couple, both 27, we spent most of our day working, and just chill and watch movies on our free time. Undemanding guest. Non smokers, no pets. We have a car so parking is a must, dont mind walking a block or 2 if there is no off street parking right in front. For any further information, just message me Sebastian

Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv
I graduated from Utas last year and now am focusing on English study for immigration purpose. Already live in Hobart 4 and half years. I have one day lecture per week for the engineering professional year. I am a male single, quiet and no smoker. Moreover, I do not drink. Like chat with people but do not like party machine.
Looking for a roomate to take my second room in a 2 bedroom brick house in Lutana. Bedroom is 4 by 4m with built in wardrobe tv connection. House has large lounge room with kitchen and dining area, Toilet is separate to the bathroom. With off street parking. Myself 29 years old male layed back who loves his sport.
The bedroom that is available is a sunny double room with magnificant mountain views , queen bed , wardrobe , linnen , bedside tables etc. It has a private entrance and private off street car parking. The property has recently been renovated with polished timber floors , modern low cost lighting, new windows , brand new bathroom and a big timber deck (which is almost finished.) Its beautifullly sunny all day, facing north with mountain and water views on top of a reserve. The house is surrounded by gardens and lawns with an auto watering system ( low maintenance) and has a big sun terrace off of the sunroom/lounge space: this is in addition to the seperate kitchen and deck area . (so plenty of private space to hang out ) . its a quite household with the feeling of a home not a flatshare party house. its 5 m walk to Prince of wales bay marina and waterfront reserves , jetties , local shops . Bus stop 2 minutes walk. 8 min drive to centre of Hobart CBD and 5 min to Glenorchy and Moonah.
The house is large , bright and sunny with gorgeous mountain views and has just been renovated with a sun terrace, polished floor boards and new bathroom. The bedroom room has views of the mountain and comes fully furnished with modern dimable lighting and heating. The house is fully insulated so is warm. The social spaces and kitchen are well laid out so there is lots of space to cook and spaces to go and be quite if you dont want to socialise with others. We are really close to the CBD only 10 minutes , transport 2 minutes from the door , off street private parking for your car. Shops are walking distance as is the waterfront and parks.
Hi. I'm funny well atleast I think my jokes are haha. I'm have a great personality easy to get along with. Happy to be near anything closer to work that way I dont have to drive long distances every day and night. Also I am very tidy
I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job at UTAS. I will be at work and travelling between Launceston and Hobart throughout the week most of the time and love to make the most of my weekends so I probably won't be home all that often to be honest haha. I have lived in share houses for many years now and understand the dynamics of how to make a place good! I appreciate a clean house and am more than happy to do my share of the housework, pay bills/rent on time and chip in for general house costs. I'm looking for a place with people who understand the balance between personal space for time when I have 'shit to get done' and also the ability to hang out and have fun when we all have some free time. I'm more than happy to cook a meal for housemates every now and then and won't get passive aggressive if you steal some of my milk or weetbix, just don't go touching my hummus! Being new to Tassie, I want to get out and explore as much as possible so would love to live with people who have similar interests (hiking, camping, fishing, surfing, exploring etc) but if you're not into that kind of stuff that's fine by me also. Final thing and not important at all, but I would love to live with a doggo or in a place that would consider pets so I could get my own doggo! (This is not a make or break requirement though)
