Hello, I am a young professional and I recently obtained a wildlife conservation job that is based in Hobart. I am looking to rent a pet-friendly house/apartment/flat as I have two Boston-Terrier / bulldog mixes. I'd be happy to have a small place to myself or go in on a place with a roommate. I'm an easy-going, mature and tidy person who loves nature and being outdoors. I will respect your privacy but am also happy to be inclusive if your keen to hang out. I am hoping to move in by January 24th but could move in a bit earlier. I also have a clean rental history, excellent references for myself and my pups, and will have no issues paying rent.
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
Flexible Easygoing Respect other's privacy Helping Down to earth Are few of my properties. I am a pharmacy graduate from Pakistan and I did my Masters in Counselling from Melbourne. I am moving to Hobart for my Diploma and would be working full time as I am on post graduate work visa. I am extrovert, love to explore new places, like to play indoor/outdoor games. Won't mind to be part of parties. Tidy and care for others and like to socialize with people from different culture. Love to cook subcontinent food.
Hey all! Mixing things up with a lifestyle change. Coming down from the great ocean road to work and live in the great city of Hobart after running a very busy bicycle shop for a few years. I have an entire house setup to bring so best suited to setting up a new share house for 2 to 3 people. (fridge suits 2 honestly) I'm not the loudest person but enjoy going out to dinner from time to time or weekend breakfasts if you want to hang out. Won't have many visitors either. I ride my bikes and drive quiet abit, happy to do share meals too, I'm happy with nearly all cuisine types (just not Maccas!). Happy to share bathroom if required, I am used to living with women more so than guys, but happy either way. Happy to forego the master bedroom, would like to use garage though! Happy to get Wi-Fi if wanted but not overly phased. Split bills. No food allergies. If you have a dog that's a bonus! Things of interest: waterfalls, coffee, drives, beach, breakfasts, naps.

Hi I'm Jude. I'm 24 and from Sri Lanka. I am currently working part-time and will start part-time studies in Feb 2018.
I’m organised, will never miss rent. I am comfortable and warm to be around and can keep myself entertained but I enjoy company. I’m fun loving, love a good laugh and I’m easy going. I’m def not a neat freak and won’t bark at you but I tidy after myself just fine and I take direction really well too. I’m a developer and I’m out of the house a lot on building sites etc. I also study full time so you won’t find me partying like an animal, although I do like a social beer with the house. I love to cook. Love it. Anytime you want to cook up a storm, tap me on the shoulder for the best sous chef you could ask for (lol, as if... but I love cooking). Call me for an AMA, I’m an open book and I’d love to hear from you.
Dougie and I are moving from Melbourne to Hobart in early January for work. Dougie has taken a job with CSIRO, and I will be pursuing my PhD in Plant Science at UTas. We are both easy-going, tidy, active and friendly people. We enjoy mountain and road biking, running and hiking. We love food, beer, wine, and good company. We value our personal space, but are also sociable and easy to get along with. We have a cat, who will be moving with us. He is completely housetrained, well-behaved and friendly. We are open to finding a rental property with another couple or a single person in a two+ bedrooms, 2 bathroom home.
I'm an easy going friendly person that enjoys the arts, gardening and textiles. I work at a nursery part-time and will be gaining some experience on a farm in the Huon Valley. I make felt hats and shoes and am in the process of developing a natural clothing label. Basically, plants and textiles are my thing! I'm looking for a share house with friendly vibes and open minded creative people. I love to cook and am tidy and respectful.
Hey, my name is stefanie. I am a new full time student at UTAS and will begin my study on feb. I am looking for a room to rent about 9-10 months. I am a very easy going and tidy person :) Please feel free to contact me.
Local Tasmanian Single Female quite non smoker ,non drinker respectful of other people’s space & property ; Looking for some where to study as I’m going into full time study next year at Tas Tafe Tourism; Hoping for some where away from Traffic, really like the area South Hobart rivulet as I like long walks and like animals but don’t own any .
I am a current BICT student at UTAS, and an IT Services staff member at the same university. I have been homestaying for the past 3 years in New Norfolk but due to the time spent on the road every day, I have decided to look for accommodation closer to campus . I am a clean, tidy, quiet, organised person. I like to socialise, but I also enjoy private times and I respect others' needs. Hobbies include photography, bushwalking, physical activities, and adventures. I am a hardworking student who also enjoys helping other students out if they are struggling. I have been nominated for ITS Service Excellence Award just 2 years into my job - which shows my work ethics and the type of person I am. I would prefer to start a sharehouse with a group of people - preferably uni students. If possible, I would prefer a house in Kingston due to my volunteering with Tas Fire Service. Move in times are highly flexible but certainly before Semester 1 2018. I don't have pets, but I don't mind people having pets (as long as they keep the house reasonably clean).
G'day friends! I'm 27, working full time in a design agency here in Hobart. I'm currently looking for a room in a sharehouse beginning from around mid-January. I'm an easy going person who loves spending time outdoors and on the weekends you will find that I am often out of town bushwalking, camping and pursuing my love of photography and fly-fishing. I've lived in sharehouses for just under 10 years now and understand the importance of cleanliness, respect and maintaining a positive living environment. I love to cook and am always up for a chat, a laugh and a drink every now and then. Looking forward to meeting you!
My roommate Sarah and I refer to this as our home not just our house. It is light, sunny and open with views of South Hobart. It is an extremely convenient location, close to both the University and town. The area is family friendly, with the local soccer oval right across the street. We have wifi, two outdoor sitting areas, open plan living, dishwasher (always a bonus) and all kitchen utensils sorted. We value having peace and quiet when appropriate, and highly value a clean and tidy living space.
It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible. As I have only just moved myself I have some refinement still to do. If you can handle the transition then this generous space will work well for you.
