Lovely house, great views! Warm in winter, light-filled, enviro friendly design In South Hobart - 30 min walk to city, 10 mins by bike, car or bus. Prefer someone to go on the lease. Enviro-concious, friendly people please get in touch! OR, if you want to apply for a two bed place with me anywhere from Margate to Kingston to New Town, let me know as I'd ultimately like to just share with one other, OR if I get two great women for this house we can stay here :-) Would consider couples if you want to pay for a room each (you could use one as an office), so would be $390 altogether). we have NBN but I'd prefer to not have it so you can pay for it, or we get rid of it altogether and live a wifi free existence!!

I’m friendly, tidy and clean up free myself. I like a chat, enjoy cooking and a good coffee. I’m abit of a nerd and also have my own small IT Busines doing web hosting and web design that I’ve run since 2005. I have 2 children (10m & 7m) who attend Blackman’s Bay Primary where I’ll be volunteering and wishing to stay resonably close to them. I’m not looking for a room to house myself not my children.
Hi! I'm moving to Hobart from Launceston to study a Bachelor of Arts at UTAS. I'm clean, quiet, and reliable, and have been told that I'm mature for my age. I have a passion for craft and textile art, and I often spend my time reading and sewing. I'm a bit of an introvert, so I appreciate a quiet house and personal space! However, I'm always down for a cup of tea/ coffee or a chat (-:
Hello potential future housemates! I'm a 19 year old student currently enrolled to study in a Bachelor of Education online this year. I play and coach AFL, regularly run and rock climb. In my spare time I enjoy camping, bushwalking, swimming and hanging out with friends. You won't see a huge amount of me as when I'm at home I will be studying the majority of the time. I work at a trampoline park so fit everything around that. I have a one year old cat named Nala but it is optional for her to come with me if the right place comes along that she is not allowed at. I have to move out within the next 2 weeks. Excited to hear from you!

Hey I'm Jared. I am in my final of year of a PhD in environmental science. I spend my free time running, hiking, or reading and drawing. I work a retail job on the side of my studies to keep a little extra coming in each week. My first preference is to find a room in a sharehouse (unfurnished), but if you think we may get along, I'm happy to look for properties with others too. I'm not in an urgent rush just yet, but I need to find a new place by March 2019. I require a medium-large room due to having a large desk. Hoping to find a place under $200 a week, but flexible too. I'm not one to go out partying, so I would prefer a quieter household. I have no problems with a social house though!
I am an international student from Singapore, currently studying law. I am looking for a place stay, I am looking for a comfortable and quiet environment to study because the previous lodging had problems with noise. I tend to play PC games as a hobby or go out shopping on the weekends.
