Engineering student from Sydney, moving to Hobart for the summer to work full time. Looking forward to meeting new people, exploring a new place and a whole bunch of new experiences. I'm outgoing and friendly and would like to live with someone similar. I like to live in a relatively clean house and enjoy cooking also. I also love the outdoors, so am looking forward to exploring all the beautiful Tasmanian natural landscapes.
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)

My little flat is set up to wind down. Great views of the Derwent River, clean strong colours with lots of natural light. I've set up the second bedroom with basic furnishings for guests, which you're welcome to utilise, or I can remove as required. It's a lovely walk to the city and super close to south Hobart shops and cafes.
Furnished place in MT Nelson near UTAS and CBD (bus comes outside door straight to utas then cbd). No minimum, but max is 12 months. Share with only one other person or with two other for less rent (up to you).
I want to spend my summer in Hobart. I am a Sydney Uni student, in my second year studying Visual Arts. Apart from uni, I like spending time with friends and making new ones! I also have friends already in Tassie. I am a Christian currently attending church and leading youth group. I also teach recorder to yr3 students!? I used to work in a thai restaurant. I play the drums in a band, releasing an EP soon. (And of course I'm not taking my drum kit with me to Tassie!) I am a responsible, tidy, respectful and pleasant person to live with.
Hi, I'm from Hong Kong and I have been running a household for my family over the past 4 years in Sydney, I have recently relocated to Tas for studies. Keeping everything neat, tidy and well-organised is my second nature. I like running and doing reading during my downtime. As I will be spending quite a decent amount of time on my studies and work to support myself, I really would like to find a quite place to rest and stay peaceably. I am no party animal and take a lot of care into my surrounding. Message me if you have a nice place there! Thanks.
I have just moved from Melbourne to start work as an orthotist/prosthetist in Hobart. I am an avid lover of nature, hiking, photography and animals - especially dogs! I have experience house-sitting (with 3 dogs and a cat), an awesome rental history with great references, and am very relaxed and easy-going!
I'm a neuroscience PhD student who's approaching the light at the end of the tunnel; thesis submission. I'm looking to move due to my current housemate moving away, with any time in November suiting me. I do a lot of bushwalking and travel with my partner, love books, cooking and exercise-I'm also chained to the lab, so I'm not often home. My biggest must-have for flatmates is cleanliness and respect; it'd be great to live with like-minded people! I can actually be fun too-I love cooking for people, sharing meals, having a cheeky drink and exploring. In the house, I'll either be eating PB out of a jar, doing a crossword, cleaning or just chatting to housemates-I also definitely appreciate the need to chill out on your own too. Em
I have got a job Hobart as a geotechnical engineer, so I am relocating from Melbourne. I have been sharing places for a while and I am really easy going and relaxed. Also I am doing my masters so I will probably be studying here and there, always happy to socialize over dinner or a drink. Finally I got a kitten (ragdoll) 6 months old, he is well trained and super placid so that would not be an issue. Happy to have a chat and see how it goes.
I am a current BICT student at UTAS, and an IT Services staff member at the same university. I have been homestaying for the past 3 years in New Norfolk but due to the time spent on the road every day, I have decided to look for accommodation closer to campus . I am a clean, tidy, quiet, organised person. I like to socialise, but I also enjoy private times and I respect others' needs. Hobbies include photography, bushwalking, physical activities, and adventures. I am a hardworking student who also enjoys helping other students out if they are struggling. I have been nominated for ITS Service Excellence Award just 2 years into my job - which shows my work ethics and the type of person I am. I would prefer to start a sharehouse with a group of people - preferably uni students. If possible, I would prefer a house in Kingston due to my volunteering with Tas Fire Service. Move in times are highly flexible but certainly before Semester 1 2018. I don't have pets, but I don't mind people having pets (as long as they keep the house reasonably clean).
The property is about twenty minutes walk from the Sandy Bay Campus and about thirty five minutes walk from the city centre. Open, spacious, light and warm, a modern flat. The room itself is large and is partially separated into a studio. Ideal for an art student, writer, or just someone who has a lot of stuff.
It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible. As I have only just moved myself I have some refinement still to do. If you can handle the transition then this generous space will work well for you.
A Singaporean student enrolling in the University of Tasmania, easygoing and friendly, prefers a nice and quiet environment that is conducive for studying. Fun and sociable, I love to meet new friends and companions.
I'm incoming student in UTAS. I will be staying in for 2-4 weeks. I'm easy to get along with. I love food trips and movies. I am a neat in the house. I love house cleaning and doing household stuff. I respect personal spaces and very cooperative.
Looking for somewhere that's a short walk from the CBD (15 minutes)? Located near South Hobart's cafe's? Spacious room? And a roommate that'll laugh at all of your jokes?! Well good news, because a room will be available in South Hobart in mid-November! Room; Decent size room that'll easily fit a queen size bed, wooden floor. The room comes with a wardrobe, it looks nice on the outside but not so in the inside. If I'm being honest, it's not the world's best designed wardrobe! But saying that, there is room for additional storage. House; Front porch and small private courtyard at the back. It's a heritage house so it's well decorated and well looked after. There is no laundry, however, you're literally a minute (even less if you walk fast, ha) away from the old sock laundrette. There is off street parking available. No pets allowed. There is a unit above us.
Moving from Victoria to study.I am friendly and respectful, fairly quiet but also social. I have a great sense of humor. I am able too cook and clean. i will have a stable job once i move as i can get a transfer from my current job. I will be studying physics and geology. I love to explore national parks or forests in my free time. I have a car and am on my P1 license but will almost be up to P2 by the time i move. Also planning on buying a new bicycle so a room within cycling distance of UTas would be ideal. Thanks in advance!
Hey! I am currently living in Kingston and working part time, I'm only new to Hobart and have been staying with friends, I am looking at staying somewhere for around 6 weeks while I organise getting a place of my own! I'm a very tidy person and keep to myself most of the time, I love to have a laugh and always find the positives in situations!
Hello to everyone :) I'm graduated in Biology (Biodiversity), my boyfriend is doing a master in Aquaculcture. We are very quiet, sociable, tidy, clean, responsible people we like to cook (sometimes we cook Italian pizza). Thanks in advance to who will contact us!Cheers.
