Ola, weird gal from Queensland, 24, got my feed of city life after living in melbournia for several years and am ready to move on. Beginning study at UTAS in Feb, work hospo currently but hoping to get out eventually. Looking to move asap. I'm pretty laid back as long as everyone is putting in/doing fair share ect. Clean as hell, respectful, bit of a home body; love cooking, eating, gym, climbing, animals, playing music, camping/hiking and reading. Always up for a bit of a chat but need alone time as well. Like parties occasionally but it's not really what I want to be surrounded by when I'm at home trying to relax or study etc. Definitely important we get along but in saying that I'm pretty easy going and honest so as long as we can have a normal conversation we'll be sweet. Can be annoying due to aloofness, inability to remember things people say and non-apologetic cackle laugh. Sorry. Thoughtful and abrasive. Ups to free speech and diversity. ok i think this enough, peace
I am studying fine arts at the Uni of Tas and working as a freelance muralist and Tom is a carpenter studying drafting. We are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly. Looking for a place to call home :)
Hi! I'm an apprentice hairdresser at Sfumato Hair (2nd year), working full time. I love video games, motorbikes, playing guitars (quietly!), and anything directed by Edgar Wright. - If you guys feel like hanging out I'm usually keen, but if not I'm perfectly happy to put my headset on and stare at a screen for several hours. - I am currently working Mon-Fri so I can only come in to check out houses from 7pm and onwards on those days (free on weekends). - Don't have any pets but I love them all the same. - My only real requirement is to have a spot to put my PC desk that is close to an ethernet port (wifi doesn't really cut it, sadly). - Had about half a year of out of home living so far and haven't had any issues at all from any roommates or neighbours yet :) - Feel free to add me on facebook

Hello :) I have just moved down to Hobart from South Australia. I am currently looking for work and hopefully shouldn't take long as I am looking and applying everyday. I am looking for a place that is only temporary eg 4 weeks or so, just whilst find my own place to live. I will need my own room, furnished or unfurnished will be great either way. I am a very neat, quite and personal person so that means you don't have to stress about me being a party animal, bring people over or being very loud. I do drink alcohol every now and then but I won't get wasted. I am a smoker as well but upon request, will only do it outside. I don't have any pets and no children. I have a good rental history and will pay my bills on time. I would like for the bills to be included in the rent so it will reduce the stress on both ends. WIFI would be great but is not necessary. I am a very easy person to get along with and even better person to live with. If I'm the person you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Outgoing international student from Alaska looking to get the most out of my experience here in Tassie. Looking for social people to live with who won't mind a housemate that's out and about most of the time but more than willing to hang out and chat when around.
Hi there! My name is Shae, I'm 21 years old, and looking for a place to stay while I attend the university of Tasmania for a semester. I'm really easy-going, quiet, respectful, and friendly! I would love to live close to campus if possible. I'm an international student from Canada, so I am hoping to explore Tasmania on the weekends, and it would be awesome if I could find roomies to go on adventures with!
Hi I'm Ben! I'm currently living in New Town and working in Mental Health, but I am about to commence studying at the UTAS Conservatorium of Music. Music is my main passion, but I also enjoy martial arts, rollerblading, comic books (not the superhero kind) and being outdoors. I'm very open minded and enjoy a good discussion about anything, as I am fascinated by the world and everything in it. Like any good housemate, I am social and collaborative, but respect boundaries and personal space. I don't make a lot of noise and am not much of a party person, but do enjoy celebrating triumphs, whether they be my own or of others. I am quite a tidy and relaxedly ordered person, I like to look after spaces so they can be enjoyed by everyone, and will always wash/wipe/sweep/vacuum/mop/scrub/scrape/steam clean/polish/disinfect/fumigate/pressure hose/fire extinguish/quarantine etc. At this point, I am flexible around when I can move in, and can provide rental and employment references.

Truly I'm an outdoorsy kid who loves adventures and exploring. Im hoping to find some like minded people who have a bit of fun every now and again. I hope you choose me because I can be fun and i really need a place to stay ( :
Hello! My name is Emma, I'm 19 years old, and I have been offered to study a Bachelor of Media starting February 2018! This means that I have to move from Launceston down to Hobart and find a place to stay. I'm very responsible and easy to get along with. As much as I enjoy spend time with friends, I also appreciate quiet and personal space, especially when studying.
We're clean and respectful and have really interesting jobs/lifestyle and like to make the most of our time! Happy to share a house with easy going, responsible like minded people.
We are a globetrotter couple. In the past two years we lived in Russia, Denmark, Slovenia and Spain. I am going to write my master thesis at UTAS and my wife works remotely from home. So all we need is a place not too far from UTAS and quiet enough for my wife to work. We are open-minded and we like to mingle with the locals as much as possible. I am Brazilian-Italian and she is Russian.
Relaxed easy going individual, have a part time job at a pub and also study full time. Don't smoke, love music and having a cheeky beer or 2 on occasion.. new to Tassie (only been down here for 6 months) and fallen in love with it so looking for somewhere to stay for awhile.. do have a dog (labrador) but he is currently at my folks place in FNQ but would be keen to get him down if I find the right place for him.. he's a big dufus and excellent with other dogs and people.. cheers
I am a masters student from Germany who will study at UTAS next semster. I absolutely respect people's privacy and needs for quiet time as well as I like to get together and have fun. I am also a tidy person, who would like to explore the beauty of Tasmanian nature and would be happy to find friends to do that with! I love cooking, music, animals, photography, diving and dancing as well. =)
Hi guys! I am a student from the Czech Republic, currently moved to Hobart from Cairns. I am going to study Diploma of Laboratory Technology at TasTAFE for two years. I am also trying to find a work at the moment, preferably as a bartender with night shifts. I don't have any car, nor I am planing to have one soon. So I am looking for a place within reasonable range from the city central. I am very friendly and flexible, talkative and almost always in a good mood. I am respectful and easy-going. I have a great bartending experience, so I can mix a good drink for you! I like adventure, traveling, nature and music. I am also an artist and songwriter myself - a rapper, to be more specific. I am also interested in science, especially biology. People say my soul is much older then my actual age is. I like to talk about conspiracies, especially while drinking wine or whiskey (my favorite drinks). Although I enjoy to drink with my friends, I am normally very quiet and respectful, so you don't have to be worried about unwanted surprises in the house. My flexibility with any type of people, houses and lifestyles won't leave you disappointed. Have a great day and hopefully see you soon!
Hi, there! I'm Grace, a master student in IMAS. Currently looking for a decent and clean place to live with good atmosphere for study. I'm clean and tidy, respect the other space. Introvert who love to explore and travel solo in my free time. Enjoy cooking (don't worry, always keep everything clean afterwards!), watching movies, and eating, and organizing, and postcrossing, and reading as well :) Happy to meet new people and having lunch/dinner together (not crazy party), but also enjoy some time for myself. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have room available :) Look forward to meeting you, mates! P.S: don't get tricked by my look. Might look young, but yes I'm 27! :)
My names Djati (jardy) I'm 23. I want to move (back) to Hobart from NSW as i have good friends, family and work connections there. I have lived in several sharehouses in the past in which i have enjoyed the lifestyle and making new friends. I have never had any problems with previous housemates in the past infact quite the opposite. I have a good understanding of sharehouse dynamics and what it required to maintain a good environment to live in. I am a super open minded person and am positive 99.999 percent of the time. I play guitar quite well and love to sing on occasion. I love sports and getting out and about, also enjoy being social. I'm well spoken, quite intelligent and what i would consider an ideal housemate/mate to have. I have guaranteed work in hospitality and potential for work in construction. It has been difficult to get this opportunity but I'm hoping someone will know quality when they see it. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask away. I look foward to hearing from you :)
I'm Polish 35 yo hospitality professional recently relocated to Hobart from Melbourne. I'm mature, but young at heart, very easy to live with, and very well trained in house sharing, as I've been managing shared accommodation in the last five years, hosting people of every possible age and background. My idea of good time is a homemade meal shared with like minded people, accompanied by glass of wine and a good laugh. I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors, and hone my cooking skills whenever I can, that is when my busy schedule permits. My plan for this year is also to see as much of Tasmania as possible, so I will probably be out exploring over the weekends. As I do work quite a lot, I'm looking for a quiet and relaxed place with mature, respectful housemates. And if some of them walk on four paws, even better :)

Hello, there! I’m a digital artist looking for a room in a relaxed and tidy household close to Hobart. For the time being, I’m balancing a part-time office day job with freelance and personal projects. I consider myself a shocking introvert, but it’d be nice if my new housemates were people I could share a meal, a few drinks, and a games session with every now and then. I’ve lived in shared houses for three of the past five years, and alone for the other two. Long enough to get a decent idea of how to run a tight ship. I’m also someone who prefers routine, predictability, and clear expectations up front - so we're likely to get along if we can communicate honestly about housekeeping from day one. I left my last home in Launceston after a job I moved up there for fell apart following a company merger. I’ve just been staying with family since then, but it’s way too far out of town for my liking. Work and fun are closely linked for me, but when I’m not drawing, I can be found nerding out on comics, animation, and games, catching up with mates in town for coffee or drinks, or showering love on cool doggos. Once I’m living closer to town, I may pick up some old outdoor hobbies. I have a fair bit of fancy digital art gear to shift when I do move, but I haven’t yet decided whether to set it up in a home office or in one of the coworking spaces in town. I’m probably leaning toward the latter - I think it’s good to have that separation between home and work. All that said, It’s hard to tell how much time I’ll be spending at home - let’s say I’m adaptable on that front. Hopefully that’s enough to get us started - fling me a message if you think we’ll get along :)
