I'm a long term tenant in my current property, however the landlord is selling so I'm looking for another secure home, with a view to making the right home a long term stay. I can be ready to move into the right home in two weeks' time (as that is the amount of notice I need to give my current landlord), but am not in a rush to move, so please get in touch if you have something you think might suit :)
To be honest，We hope long-term steadiness. We are very simple people. I have a full-time job at Mckay Timber. My wife who she has full-time study in UTAS. We are tidy ，clean ，quiet. I hope what I want is what you want. Thank you.

I am a student at UTAS. I am tidy, clean and always try hard to look after the place. I have experience with house sharing before having house shared for over 1 yr and understand the boundaries set with other people. I am a full time study student so will not be home for a lot of the time. I am easy going and friendly to others. I have lived in Australia for 10+ years.
Hi! I'm a 25 year old studying Ancient History at UTAS. I'm looking for a new long-term rental as my current landlord has decided to sell at end of my lease. I am pretty laid-back, respectful, quiet, tidy, friendly but introverted (I tend to read, play games, watch Netflix) I would love a place where people are around in the evenings to catch up. I don't drive, so good access to public transport is a priority
Love socializing, playing sport and relaxing. Spend a lot of time outdoors and always doing stuff. Enjoy down time in the afternoons. Will be working and studying uni online next year. I come with my loving dog Roly and cat Nala both of which live inside and outside but this can be worked around. You can often find me playing netball, football or with my boyfriend. Looking for somewhere longterm and need to move before the 19th of October!
Hi all! I'm a Dutch PhD student starting at UTAS in December, and looking for a room and some nice people to live with. This means I'll be working full time (as a philosopher in the law department, researching climate change policy), and would enjoy a comfy home and some people up for a chat/sharing dinners. I spend my spare time with outdoor activities, going (swing) dancing (a lot), and cooking/baking for/with friends, but I can also glue myself to my laptop or a good book once in a while. I value open communication, and prefer surrounding myself with progressive people. As I only arrive in Hobart at the end of November, I would not be able to meet you in person before I would need the room, but I am definitely up for Skype-ish meetups beforehand! I would prefer a space to live where I could stay for a longer period of time, as well as something furnished, but I'm open to anything nice with nice people. tl;dr Progressive, environmentally conscious PhD student looking for comfy home with nice people. Likes hiking, camping, dancing, cooking, chatting.

Tan and I are UTAS students while Lim graduated last year but he works in uni now. Three of us are housemates. We always ensure the cleanliness, condition of house is tidy and comfy. However, we really hope to move to a better place. We always work together like a family in maintaining the condition of the house. We really hope to live in a house that has can give us a sense of home. Tan and I are non-drinker but because we are allergic to alcohol but we like to have fun and always attend interesting educational talks, cultural events or some exhibition when we are free. Oh ya! Three of us are science stream students but we love having a conversation with a huge variety of topics. Please contact me if you are interested in looking for flatmates. Cheers! :)

Usually quiet but don't mind having a glass of wine or two with my housemates, or having a couple of friends over for dinner at times. Looking for like minded housemate(s) to move in with!
Flatmate wanted, must be considerate. Free rent on offer for a 2 week trial period. You will keep social company with an elderly gentleman who is seeking minor duties with garden and cooking. Flatmate can organise their own internet. Would suit a quiet and caring person who likes to help others. Ken wants to remain independent for as long as possible. He is worried about falls due to some hip pain.
