First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from surgery, scheduled sometime between Jan-March 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September, and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 (Jan-March). The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Jan-March.
Organised, clean, friendly, non judgemental, always up for a laugh, love kids, cats and dogs. When we have spare time, we like to take that time to catch up on our favourite tv shows. We have furniture - if needed we have kitchen appliances, fridge, microwave etc Courtney works at a cafe in Frankston Rachel has just finished up an internship as a sales officer
Close to heaps of things. 18 mins walk to Ringwood Station. 10 mins walk to Eastland, Coles, Woolies, Big W, Kmart, Costco and other stores. The house has recently been renovated with new flooring and fresh paint, and thus, there are plenty of space for you to make it as personal and homely to you as possible. Bring on your creativity. There are a garage and a shed in the backyard as well as a basement down stair, which are great to set up your own workshop or simply to store your stuff. Your room will be furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. The main en-suite bathroom is very large and clean. The kitchen is functional with oven, cooktop and a dishwasher, cause who wants to do the dishes? People who live here need to appreciate the space, be able to remain tidy and respectful – there is a shared cleaning roster please do not apply if not willing to participate in maintaining a beautiful flowing environment everyone can enjoy. Stacks of dishes, not caring and dysfunction in general will not last – looking for people who have a can-do attitude. The place is relatively new so there will be minor fix-ups and upgrade here and there. Other than that, tea or coffee lovers are more than welcome. We're super easy going. Shoot me a text or call me anytime to discuss further.
Hello! I'm great to live with because I'm respectful, tidy, motivated, fun and can get along with almost anyone. I am very tidy and know how to clean up after myself. I love to keep fit and cook healthy meals. I also love to indulge in chocolate and red wine! I currently work full time as a Support worker supporting people with Intellectual disabilities and mental health issues. I would prefer to live with Max 3 people and preferably females. I am also interested in a team up to get a new rental next year. So, if you think I sound like a good match hit me up! I am not looking to move until January 2018 Thanks!
Im a nerd who likes spending time on his computer, making music, playing games, you name it. So I keep to myself mostly. But I don't mind a drink or two, even cooking the occasional meal. I love animals more than anything. I'm just looking for a chill space. I work as a kitchen Hand a few days during the week and I work most weekends. Currently taking a break from study but probably returning next year.
hellooo! I'm on the hunt for a room located in the eastern suburbs preferably close to Ringwood North as that's where my new full time role as an educator in childcare is located 🌈 I'm pretty flexible on a moving date as well. As for rent, preferably wanting somewhere with bills included but if not, that's fine too. Hoping to find a house that is near public transport and also somewhere preferably considering pets, as I may have a cat. Looking for chill and friendly housemates that don't mind a chat/hang out but also wanting somewhere that I can just go to relax after work. I don't mind if you have visitors over, I'm really easy going and laid back but I would also hope that you're okay with my boyfriend occasionally visiting. I also appreciate people who like to keep a tidy living environment! I believe I'm respectful and polite, always pay my rent on time (I have a couple references and also can pass on my current landlords details for a reference) and I clean up after myself. I worked as a live in nanny for 6 months so I believe I am very house trained and experienced with living with other people. I will be working 8 hours a day Monday to Friday and then I usually go out and do my own thing. I enjoy going to gigs and concerts, I love gardening and cooking, reading and hanging out with friends. If you have any questions or wanna chat more, feel free to shoot me a message!! Thanks!
Hey Guys welcome to my bio. a little about me, lord here we go. i'm currently undertaking a traineeship at a special school as a teachers aide, I am also studying my certificate 3 in education support which is done all online. I am a huge sports fan so don't be scared off if you hear me screaming from my room its probably due to the game. I have previously studied hospitality so love love love to cook! I ice skate 2-3 times a week at night. I am a tidy person who loves to clean but also I'm a lot of fun. always down to crack a tinnie and play a good board game!
In a beautiful leafy suburb of Ringwood. The house is located in a great location with something for everyone. Easy walking distance to public transport. Bus takes you direct to Ringwood train station and Eastland Shopping Centre. Access into the city by train, both Lilydale and Belgrave train lines, and car via Eastlink and Eastern freeway. Eastlink also takes you direct to Mornington Peninsula. A cute shopping precinct up the road within walking distance including; IGA, gym, food outlets and cafés, 7 eleven petrol station across the road. The shopping precinct also encompasses medical centres such as; doctors, dentist, orthodontist, naturopath and reiki and other holistic eastern medicine practitioners. For the adventurous there are many walking and bike trails including Eastlink trail, local streets have much to explore and the ever changeable scenery. Further to this there are sporting clubs such as; Tennis, Bowls, Cricket and AFL. These are the ones we have discovered so far but there is bound to be more. Entertainment also will not disappoint every taste. Eastland has Wednesday night farmers market, cinema and countless stores from top fashion labels to eateries and everything in between. Down the street on the corner of Maroondah Highway is the local, Club Ringwood. The Ringwood precinct also has our local RSL. Also take a lovely scenic drive up to the Dandenong Rangers that has many gems on offer with cute boutique shops and wineries and amazing views. Sky High restaurant be holds many amazing views looking towards the city. It is a family friendly neighbourhood with local schools, so it’s a relaxed beautiful environment to live in. So now we’ve got you wanting to live here what about the house. It’s a 3 bedroom standalone house comprising of: New-ish renovated kitchen with great appliances including dishwasher New-ish renovated shared bathroom with separate bath and shower (only sharing with one other) Separate toilet Gas central heating Evaporative air-conditioning Separate laundry Unlimited Optus cable Internet (not included in the rent) The house is furnished with everything you need. Both bedrooms are unfurnished. Bedroom 1 with a large free-standing wardrobe and great views of the backyard. Bedroom 2 no wardrobe but has use of the cupboard in the hallway. Both bedrooms fit a double/queen size bed. The backyard is a work in progress as it was very unloved when we moved in. Mark has already started a large veggie patch and is chipping away at it to create a great relaxing and productive area. There is a paved area great for entertaining or sitting with a good book. There is also a large garage for storage.
Housemate required for a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 loungeroom and 2 bathroom house in Ringwood North. The rented loungeroom is 3.5 meters width by 6.5 meters long. It's spacious enough to have a lounge and dining table. This space would only be for you so you wouldn't have to share with anyone else. You will have your own bathroom and lounge room. The bedroom size is 3.3 meters length by 2.8 meters width. The kitchen and laundry will be shared with myself. The house has a medium size backyard and an undercover outdoor entertainment area. It is a safe and quiet court and all neighbours are friendly. The house is walking distance to the local shops, milk bars and Eastland. The Eastlink is also only a 1 minute drive away and is a 20 minute drive to the city. Prefer housemates between 25 to 45 years old If you have any questions let me know!
We have sold our house in Melbourne and bought a house in country Victoria and we are looking for a small flat so we can continue to work in Melbourne for 6 months. We are at work during the day and away on weekends. We are friendly and easy to get on with.
I'm laidback and fairly quiet. I'm a merchandiser at a retail store, so I'm out of the house early and gone most of the day. I like to socialize but I'm not a big party person and enjoy quiet time reading or watching movies. I enjoy cooking and like to try new recipes.
Hi all, I'm looking for a furnished room with ensuite preferably (or a separate bungalow) in a quiet, respectful household preferably in Croydon Hills vicinity. I love to cook, enjoy music and movies, like a clean house and like good company although I also like my own space. I would also like a non-smoking environment. I am qualified in natural therapies and work part time (looking for more hours) in clinic while I am also building a network marketing business. I tend to be out a lot in the evenings or busy on my computer. I would also consider doing housework/childminding in lieu of rent (for a single mother??) or senior person needing some company and help. I don't know how long for at this stage as I am in between houses.
This property is a near new unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its walking distance to Eastland and Ringwood Station, and 1 minute drive from EastLink. It has a really nice kitchen with modern appliances and the rest of the place will soon be furnished with some modern furniture. The property will also have NBN connected by the time we move in. You would occupy one of the bedrooms, and have the upstairs bathroom all to YOURSELF :):) (Shower, bath and toilet). Your bedroom has a built in robe, and you would also be welcome to spread your things into the built in robe in the spare bedroom while it is vacant. I have no plans to lease that room at the moment Rent is $240 Per week for an individual . $280 for a couple. Bills would be split evenly Bond would be ($750) and rent is paid 4 weeks in advance.

No toilet or shower out there, use of house ofcourse, own back entrance if you like to be private...Big back yard...Car space available... Easy going person would be great, have a chat and maybe a wine...I like my own privacy too...Share all bills... Lounge Suite in Bungalow... Must be working Fulltime... No Drugs Please... No Parties... BBQs ok...
I have very much enjoyed renting this cosy two story unit as it is very close to Eastland Shopping Centre and Ringwood train station. This unit is at the end of a lovely court with the mullum mullum creek walking track at your door step. It has a car port which fits two cars and a small court yard. There are two bedrooms upstairs (mine and yours) and a decent sized bathroom with a toilet. Downstairs has a lounge area, decent sized kitchen, split system heating and cooling, laundry and toilet. The unit is fully furnished and your bedroom will come with a double bed and two chests of draws (1x large, 1x Small) a desk and a clothes rack. I can remove these things if needed. Unfortunately there is no wardrobe, however there is extra storage space under the stairs. We will each pay half of the electricity bill monthly. (no water or gas bill yay) and split the unlimited internet which is $30 each a month.
Looking for an amazing, friendly person to come join me in Ringwood! My name is Sarah and I bought this property over 2 years ago. In the house we have another lovely girl, who is 27 and works full time in the Yarra Valley. We would like someone who is clean and considerate, doesn't mind hanging out but is also happy to do their own thing. Working professionals are preferred, and probably have a preference towards another female but would consider a male it the right type comes along! The room itself is a good size (can easily fit a double bed in) with a large BIR. The main bathroom will be shared between yourself and Aimee. I can offer the room unfurnished or furnished for an extra $10-$20 per week, including a double bed with or without fresh linen, a bedside table and lamp if required. The house is a 15 minute walk from Ringwood train station & bus terminal, and right next to Eastlink and the Eastern Freeway. Eastland is also just a stones throw away, as is Target Square, Costco and a ridiculously large amount of other shops and restaurants, including the newly renovated Town Square. As for me, I'm 28 and an Engineer working in Tech Support for the manufacturing industry. I work full time so I'm only home on evenings and weekends. Even then I'm often out socialising with family and friends as I am very much a people person and I like to surround myself with people I care about. I love to dance and have a drink or two, but that will very rarely happen at my house as my friends all live closer to the city. When I am home I like to just relax on the couch watching Netflix. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is up for a chat over a cup of tea (or wine...) and that we can have some fun with, but is also considerate of our space. Fare is $240 a week and includes all bills, unlimited internet (will be upgrading to NBN soon) and Netflix. If that all sounds good to you give me a ring and we can set up a time to meet! Hi, I am 23, currently studying Masters of Marketing and working as a store manager for Dodo Connect. I am outgoing, friendly, respectful and like to keep things tidy.I have experience living in a share house, so I know the rules. I m quite into sports, music (blues, country), gaming and binge watching netflix shows if I have time. I am quite a sociable housemate but I am also considerate of personal space of other housemates. When I am not too busy I love to go for drinks with couple of friends over the weekend and check out new places around Melbourne. Cheers
Hi there, I am a single kind, caring, generous, Christian lady who loves music. I am returning to study music in 2018 and working for Shebah :) I enjoy gardening. I am quiet but do enjoy having friends over sometimes :) I attend 2 churches which I really enjoy. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Amanda
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. Sadly, after some 20 years, I had a bad experience when nursing and made the decision to try alternative work (Happy to go into details if you'd like to know - I'm fine now but needed a change). I'm currently doing forklift work in Kilsyth, but I'm enjoying it. It's hard work but the people are great. So, am looking at rentals / flatshare in that area -Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, etc I'm also focusing more on my music composing. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. It seemed to help and it felt good to see her smile. So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times. I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and as well as working full time, I also make a point of doing regular volunteer work where I can. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
Pretty easy going. Try to spend as much time working as possible. Happy to help clean or do odd jobs or help with random stuff. Only a social drinker and not to big on partying or anything like that.
Hello! I'm Holly and my friend Tamsin and I are looking for someone to join a house share with us come mid Jan for a 12 month lease! Three people splitting the rent and bills is just so much easier and cheaper than two! We both work full time and have lived out of home for several years. Fun, easygoing, happy gals looking for someone of a similar nature to make home life all the more enjoyable!
Clean, reliable and quiet, great sense of humor, always happy to help. Very handy around the house. I run my own successful business in the East. I like to have fun and am open minded about most things, but I’m not a Party Animal, Sorry! I love movies, the out doors and good conversation, I like hanging out with family and friends and love to spend time with my daughters and granddaughter. I was born and bred in Melbourne.
Hey all, my names Bec & I'm looking for a homee-ee room for myself & my pet turtle in the new year. Potentially looking to move late Jan early feb. I'm a very fun loving, independent , responsible, tidy & chatty person. I love having company but also like my alone time and my sleep. I have all bedroom furniture, as well as a large tank with a turtle (he doesn't make much noise, but happy to pay a little extra in electricity) I am currently working casually (pretty much full time hours) & I'm about to begin my studies as a nurse in February. I'm looking for a home situated between where I work (Rowville) and where I go to school (moorabin) or surrounding. I've never been out of home before so my ideal place would include a bunch of rad housemates that I could be friends with! There's a lot to know about me but would love to get to know someone further :))) Don't hesitate to message!
I'm super chill and laid back and love striking up a conversation but do respect personal space. I love cooking and will often cook copious amounts of curry, spag bol and mac 'n' cheese. I'm an online uni student working casual in retail. I am constantly focused on work and my studies but enjoy taking breaks to socialise. Maybe over a glass or 3
I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. Well, that pretty much covers it without giving an entire life story, ahaha. Please consider me!
Hi, I'm Elisabeth. I'm a fairly quiet housemate, whow likes a balance of socializing with housemates and seeking time on my own. This is partly my nature, but also partly because I work in community mental health and find that I need time alone to relax. When hanging with housemates I enjoy a good chat, watching a movie or favourite tv show, even play a game of monopoly or cards. I love to potter around at home, and occasionally have friends around for dinner or to watch a movie. I reliably clean up after myself, and do my share of household chores (and although I love gardens, in all honesty I'm not a reliable gardener myself!). Paying rent and bills on time is easy with auto pay! I'm a non-smoker, and living with those who do smoke - even outside - would not work for me. I'm also a vegetarian, and try to eat healthy whole foods (I don't always succeed!) I don't drink alcohol or use drugs, but I don't object to housemates who enjoy a quiet drink or two. I'm looking for somewhere that has a sense of community and home about it, and housemates who become genuine friends and feel like family. I've selected 6 months, but would love to find somewhere that's a good fit for longer term. I'd be interested to meet and talk to people who are interested in a team up with the same sense of community, home and family. I love animals, but don't have any of my own. Though if provoked, I might just get a cat...or two :)
Im currently a nursing Student at Deakin University. I've served with the army for roughly over 4 years. I can cook, clean and tidy up. Im looking for a decent size room to chill in as I like to chill out after a day of work. I'm busy most days playing tennis, uni or work. I do like a social drink on the weekends with mates but Im very quite. Im a very flexible and very easy going
Hello, my name is Adam. I am polite and gentle, love fun. Enjoy reading and listening to music and sharing interesting or profound stuff with others. I am a backpacker from China now working in a cherry packing shed. I am looking for share house located in Ringwood or Lilydale where my friend lives and can offer me a ride to the workplace. I love quietness and cleanliness and are willing to offer a hand for the cleaning or garden jobs. I also love communicating with people from different backgrounds. However, I only look for short stay rent that lasting about one month as my visa will expire soon.
We are brother and sister who require separate rooms. We are both clean, respectful and reliable people who are looking to share accommodating with one or two others to keep renting prices low. We don't smoke, do our own cooking and cleaning and keep to ourselves. We would prefer a quiet household (not a party house) as I (Kiera) will be studying. We are both out of the house a lot and love animals. Any questions do not hesitate to ask.
