Just moved from Brissie to accept a job offer in Victoria, looking for a nice quiet place (room with bath&toilet ensuite) to stay after a long day at work, cheers
Hello, We are a young friendly couple, Antonio and Mai. I have been working in Australia for a food importer for over 5 years. My girl friend is from Vietnam. She is currently studying to be a teacher. We are both easy going, fun loving and tidy people. In the spare time, we prefer to read books, going to a relaxed bar, practice yoga at the park, and experiment arts and home-made food. We enjoy spending time with people but also expect to have a lot of time on our own space. We are respectful to people's privacy in return.
We are looking for a fabulous person to join us in this beautiful leafy suburb of Ringwood. The house is located in a great location with something for everyone. Easy walking distance to public transport. Bus takes you direct to Ringwood train station and Eastland Shopping Centre. Access into the city by train, both Lilydale and Belgrave train lines, and car via Eastlink and Eastern freeway. Eastlink also takes you direct to Mornington Peninsula. A cute shopping precinct up the road within walking distance including; IGA, gym, food outlets and cafés, 7 eleven petrol station across the road. The shopping precinct also encompasses medical centres such as; doctors, dentist, orthodontist, naturopath and reiki and other holistic eastern medicine practitioners. For the adventurous there are many walking and bike trails including Eastlink trail, local streets have much to explore and the ever changeable scenery. Further to this there are sporting clubs such as; Tennis, Bowls, Cricket and AFL. These are the ones we have discovered so far but there is bound to be more. Entertainment also will not disappoint every taste. Eastland has Wednesday night farmers market, cinema and countless stores from top fashion labels to eateries and everything in between. Down the street on the corner of Maroondah Highway is the local, Club Ringwood. The Ringwood precinct also has our local RSL. Also take a lovely scenic drive up to the Dandenong Rangers that has many gems on offer with cute boutique shops and wineries and amazing views. Sky High restaurant be holds many amazing views looking towards the city. It is a family friendly neighbourhood with local schools, so it’s a relaxed beautiful environment to live in. So now we’ve got you wanting to live here what about the house. It’s a 3 bedroom standalone house comprising of: New-ish renovated kitchen with great appliances including dishwasher New-ish renovated shared bathroom with separate bath and shower (only sharing with one other) Separate toilet Gas central heating Evaporative air-conditioning Separate laundry Unlimited Optus cable Internet (not included in the rent) Netflix (we love sitting down together watching a few series. This is a GoT household and we’re re-watching the entire series to pass time till Season 7 is released in July) So you have been warned lol. The house is furnished with everything you need. Your room is unfurnished with a large free-standing wardrobe and great views of the backyard. The backyard is a work in progress as it was very unloved when we moved in. Mark has already started a large veggie patch and is chipping away at it to create a great relaxing and productive area. There is a paved area great for entertaining or sitting with a good book. There is also a large garage for storage.
Currently reside in Hobart, but have visited Melbourne a few times. Looks and sounds like a great city to live and reside in. I am currently taking a year off from my University studies to search for other work, study or volunteer opportunities. I wish to travel to further places in the future. I hope somebody can share with me their knowledge of Melbourne, and if they are interested, I can share with them my knowledge of Hobart too.
Weird wallpaper, green carpet, unlimited free internet/netflix, central heating, next door to a park, close to Eastland & Eastlink, fully furnished, large range of hot sauces. The room: same weird wallpaper and carpet, large wardrobe. No bed currently, but I could get one if necessary. $560pcm - no bills (a smidge under $130pw). - more pics coming soon!
Large, spacious and attractive home, set in a beautiful, peaceful garden. The homesharer has top accommodation with a private balcony overlooking the garden. Accommodation includes exclusive use not only of ensuite bathroom but also small sitting room and kitchenette (plus shared use of large well appointed kitchen)
I am a respectful considerate easy to get along with person. I like to keep my place clean and I'm very houseproud. I like a little bit of socialising with my housemate but I do also like my space. And I am not a party person. I work for VicRoads where I have been working for the past 7 years. I do work part time, however it is permanent, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. I am a very honest person where what you see of me is what you get. I also have a very good sense of humour and love a laugh.
We're a very active household who work full time as carpenters and go to the gym and play footy during the week but also lenjoy to kick back weekends and have a few drinks. If you're an easy going person who likes to have a bit of fun and likes pets then im sure we will all get along just fine :)
This house is located at a nice and quite street with many trees around. It is a big house with 5 bedrooms, modern kitchen, beautiful view of Dandenong mountains. With 3 mins walking distance to Bus and 5 mins driving to Ringwood Station, Eastland shopping Centre, Costco, caffe and shops, and Eastlink. The rooms are fully furnished and very comfortable to live.
Looking for two amazing, friendly people to come join me in Ringwood! My name is Sarah and I bought this property just over 2 years ago. I've had two amazing housemates for the last year, but unfortunately life changes and they've both decided to go their separate ways. One is leaving mid May and the other mid June. I'd like someone who is clean and considerate, doesn't mind hanging out but is also happy to do their own thing. Working professionals are preferred, and would probably prefer to live with either two other girls, or one girl and one guy. I have two rooms available, both identical they are a good size with large BIR. The family bathroom will be shared between the two of you! I can offer the room unfurnished or furnished for an extra $20 per week, including a double bed with or without fresh linen, a bedside table and lamp, and can offer a spot in the double lock up garage for $10 a week, your choice! The house is a 15 minute walk from ringwood train station & bus terminal, and right next to Eastlink and the Eastern Freeway. Eastland is also just a stones throw away, as is Target Square, Costco and a ridiculously large amount of other shops and restaurants including the newly renovated Town Square. As for me, I'm almost 28 and an Engineer working in Tech Support for the manufacturing industry. I work full time so I'm only home on evenings and weekends. Even then I'm often out socialising with family and friends as I am very much a people person and I like to surround myself with people I care about. I love to dance and have a drink or two, but that will very rarely happen at my house as my friends all live closer to the city. When I am home I like to read and just chill out on the couch watching Netflix. The ideal housemate for me would be someone who is up for a chat over a cup of tea (or wine...) and that I can have a bit of fun with, but is also happy to have some quiet alone time. If that all sounds good to you give me a ring and we can set up a time to meet! Sarah - slmoorfoot at gmail dot com 0.4.0.1 1.5.6 1.2.4

I like to keep a clean and tidy house,I also enjoy getting in the garden and mowing lawns if needed. I enjoy a beer once in a blue moon. I love sport and always like meeting new people.
I'm a 36 yo Melbourne girl looking for a place on the edge of the country as I'm a country girl at heart and love the peace and quiet of nature. I work part time but dedicate most of my time to my greatest passion, fashion. I also receive the pension from Centrelink so I am reliable with rent. I'm easy going, respectful and friendly. I also am clean and tidy. I love nature, animals and spirituality. I love hanging with friends in my downtime and eating at great places. I hope to find someone I am compatible with and share some interests with, just basically someone mutually respective and clean and easy going and down to earth.

Hi hi. My name is Jordanna and I will be studying in Melbourne in the second half of 2017 and onwards. I am a media and communications student with a passion for creative writing and film and television. I don't go out often and I rarely drink as these are things that don't really interest me. I'd much prefer to spend a night at home just doing nothing. I'm one of those people who likes to socialise but also needs my time alone. Otherwise I'm a really nice person and I would love to get to know you! I am not willing to share a bedroom.
