Hey! Well for starters i'm easy going, I'm considerate of others, I always clean up after myself and overall, always try to be the best room mate possible! I'm 22 years old, currently Studying my diploma of Nursing full-time at TAFE. I also work Casually as an in home carer. In my spare time I like gardening, photography, fitness, travelling and just chilling with friends. Right now i'm living out of home and have been for the past 2.5 years. However, I hope to move on to somewhere new and meet some new people. I'm looking in the eastern area of Melbourne, somewhere I can hopefully stay long-term for atleast a year or more. If there is any further details that you wish to know about me feel free to message me here. Also feel free to give me your number as it's a easier way to contact. Thank you! :)
Hi! We are three girls who is working part time for 20 hours per week and also studying for two days per week. We are looking for two bedrooms. One room is to be shared with two girls and the other one solo. We can look after ourselves, we keep to ourselves mostly because of our work timetables don't match.
My name is Erin and I am 32. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
Fantastic location! All the convenience of living in Ringwood without actually having to live in Ringwood. Easy access to Eastlink and the station. Located as close as physically possible to Ringwood North shops with a supermarket and a dozen food options, and a gym. Dishwasher and other shared kitchen amenities, washing machine, ducted heating, built in storage in every room, a bar in the lounge. 1 driveway parking spot available. Sorry, Not pet friendly.
Hey guys! My name is Cat, I'm looking to move back out of home after spending a few months saving some money. This will be my last year of my Biological Science degree, and I am also completing an animal behaviour course on top of work, so I have a busy year ahead of me. Having said that, I'm after a friendly, social house - I'm happy to have a drink after work or a communal meal, and am always up for a chat and to hang out. Not opposed to the occasional gathering but not after a party house. I am clean and tidy, and keep communal spaces tidy too. Anyone who lives with me must love animals! I have a sweet Foxhound mix named Marley, she can be cheeky as she is still only young. I also work at a shelter so I am known to bring animals home for a sleepover from time to time (this can be as regular or irregular as everyone is comfortable with). I can get great rental references from my last place, the landlords/agents were very happy with the dogs so it shouldn't be a problem. I'm currently looking at places, so if anyone is interested in a start up, hit me up! I'd prefer that than having to find housemates on my own later on. Currently looking at the Croydon / Warranwood / Warrandyte / mayyybe Ringwood area? I'd like to be that little bit out of the hustle and bustle because a) it's cheaper b) it's quieter and c) I like space (especially with a dog around) Looking forward to hearing from you! 😁
Beautiful recently renovated home in a lovely family oriented and peaceful suburb. All amenities close by including shops, restaurants, schools, sporting clubs, medical centre, petrol station, 5mins from Eastland Shopping Centre. Home has central heating and evaporative cooling. Large common areas great kitchen.
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.
I am a dutch guy who is always happy :D daily activities includes a lot of sports, hanging out, be outside, and do a lot of netflix :p I've got a job as a nurse in east Melbourne.
Hi I make a living as a store man. I enjoy playing the guitar, reading, riding my motorcycle and exercising. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself a bit, though I can be sociable.
I have a lovely home just a short stroll away from Eastland and Ringwood station. We have a garden as well as a verandah with 2 bbqs and a dinning area. The room is a good size with bir and the rental also includes sole use of the main bathroom and also the top living room. We have Foxtel and unlimited WiFi and gas heating in the living area and a/c in both the living area and the bedroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking and a dishwasher.
This property is a near new unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its walking distance to Eastland and Ringwood Station, and 1 minute drive from EastLink. It has a really nice kitchen with modern appliances and is nicely furnished (apart from the bedroom). It has NBN unlimited internet. You would occupy one of the bedrooms, and have the upstairs bathroom all to YOURSELF :):) (Shower, bath and toilet). Your bedroom has a built in robe, fits a queen bed, and you would also be welcome to spread your things into the built in robe in the spare room while it is vacant. I have no plans to lease that room at this stage Rent is $240 Per week for an individual . $280 for a couple. Bills would be split evenly. Bond would be ($750) and rent is paid 4 weeks in advance.
Great stand alone unit, 5 minute walk from Eastland! The house is fully furnished and the room that is available has a queen mattress that you are welcome to use, or if you would like to bring your own mattress, the spare mattress can be moved. There is a small courtyard area to the side of the house and a single garage. Rent would be $182 a week and this doesn’t include bills or internet. Bills would be split 50/50. Internet is available and is additional to rent, this would also be split 50/50.
***Room not available until end of May*** Looking for an amazing, friendly person to come join me in Ringwood! My name is Sarah and I bought this property 3 years ago. In the house we have another lovely girl, who is 27 and works full time in the Yarra Valley. We would like someone who is clean and considerate, doesn't mind hanging out but is also happy to do their own thing. Working professionals are preferred, and probably have a preference towards another female but would consider a male it the right type comes along! The room itself is a good size (can easily fit a double bed in) with a large BIR. The main bathroom will be shared between yourself and Aimee. I can offer the room unfurnished or furnished for an extra $10-$20 per week, including a double bed with or without fresh linen, a bedside table and lamp if required. The house is a 15 minute walk from Ringwood train station & bus terminal, and right next to Eastlink and the Eastern Freeway. Eastland is also just a stones throw away, as is Target Square, Costco and a ridiculously large amount of other shops and restaurants, including the newly renovated Town Square. As for me, I'm 28 and an Engineer working in Tech Support for the manufacturing industry. I work full time so I'm only home on evenings and weekends. Even then I'm often out socialising with family and friends as I am very much a people person and I like to surround myself with people I care about. I love to dance and have a drink or two, but that will very rarely happen at my house as my friends all live closer to the city. When I am home I like to just relax on the couch watching Netflix. Our ideal housemate would be someone who is up for a chat over a cup of tea (or wine...) and that we can have some fun with, but is also considerate of our space. Fare is $240 a week and includes all bills, unlimited internet (will be upgrading to NBN soon), Netflix and Stan. If that all sounds good to you give me a ring and we can set up a time to meet!
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. Sadly, after some 20 years, I had a bad experience when nursing and made the decision to try alternative work (Happy to go into details if you'd like to know - I'm fine now but needed a change). I'm currently doing forklift work in Kilsyth, but I'm enjoying it. It's hard work but the people are great. So, am looking at rentals / flatshare in that area -Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, etc I'm also focusing more on my music composing. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. It seemed to help and it felt good to see her smile. So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times. I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and as well as working full time, I also make a point of doing regular volunteer work where I can. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. Well, that pretty much covers it without giving an entire life story, ahaha. Please consider me!
Hey guys! My name is Ellen and I'm an easy going uni student looking for a place to stay for a year to start off. I'm currently studying Law/Arts at Monash and working part time. I'm clean, considerate, happy to socialise and preferably looking for housemates in the early 20s as I'm still fairly new to the Melbourne scene and would love to know some more people. Please shoot me a message if you think I'd fit in well with your house group!
Hi, My name is Lindel and I am a first year Health Sciences Student through Deakin University, majoring in Psychology, and Disability and Inclusion. I am great with animals, keeping my environment tidy and cleaning up after myself. I also love to bake and cook, so there will always be something yummy around to eat! :) I am really pleasant and easy to get along with. Feel free to message me on here or give me a call, thankyou!, I am more than okay if a place already has a cat or a dog - I have a huge animal person.) Just message me if we may be able to come to an agreement on a place you are offering, Thankyou! Lindel
I am a consulting arborist and moving from North Queensland for a new job. I am young at heart. Love Triple J and modern music. I have a little dog; 5kg. She is my main focus on finding somewhere for us to live as she needs somewhere she can sniff about. Getting out and about, theatre, music, events, dining and a few drinks after work and walking are what I like to do. Probably won't be there much on weekends but I am work focused during the week. I am used to being self-contained but would love to share a few drinks and the occasional meal.
I am an introvert so I won't be a space invader. I have a lovely girlfriend. I am easy going and love a joke. I LOVE animals-especially cats and dogs! I can't cook but I can try-can probably follow a recipe. I am a very healthy eater (most of the time). I am reasonably tidy and I always clean up after myself. I am currently living with my mum but I am looking to move out at the end of Feb as I am getting older and we both think it's time to go our seperate ways.

Looking for: - Carspace - Housemate(s) around my own age - Laundry facilities - Balcony or yard area - Housemates that are chill with my friends coming around/staying over If I sound like the one for you ( ha ) let me know you've read my whole profile by telling me your favourite breakfast food!
