Hi all, I'm looking to house share as I'm moving down from QLD shortly. I work in community services and am an outgoing and open minded person. I really like to have a laugh so I would need to live with somebody who is the same. I'm easy to live with, and am respectful of other peoples space. In my spare time I like to get out and go for coffee/ wine/ food and more food, outdoor pursuits and am pretty active-yoga, walking etc. I love anything to do with art and always have some random project on the go. I also have a cat Rupert-he's a champ and totally toilet trained-he likes to lurk outside most of the time.
Hiya! Derry Doyle here - an easy-to-live-with fella from Western Australia over here in Hobart to enjoy everything that Tasmania has to offer! Currently working as a tour guide, I love a bit of cooking, a bit of gardening, intelligent conversation and a bit of dancing and fun.
**Urgent** I desperately need somewhere to live, moved from Adelaide, SA and is studying at UTAS. My friends would describe me as a friendly, quiet, responsible, approachable, tidy, respectful person who is quite laid back. I generally keep to myself but I enjoy socialising as well. This will be my first time moving out apart from moving down here but I would really appreciate it if you would please consider me. Thank you!
I'm mature, quiet, neat, responsible, and communicative. I would not expect that I am "great" to live with but I would be tolerable. I don't smoke and on occasion I drink socially. I have lived in my own home for some years now but have accepted a relief position working at the Royal Hobart Hospital. I will be new to the state and city and will need to adjust to the changes ahead of me. I have a friend and my daughter living in Hobart. I am interested in exploring the culture and environment accessible and on offer. I would prefer to live with a mature person whom is clean and respectful.
I have two super nice double bedrooms to rent in a lovely, spacious house in Central Moonah. Both rooms are nice & big with built ins and get a good amount of sunshine throughout the day. One room is a delightful shade of lilac complete with a Disney princess blind, which can be easily replaced if it ain't your jam. The rest of the house is furnished with my retro / vintage collection. I have a sweet little doggo who generally keeps to herself but doesn't say no to a little love.
Looking for someone to share my house with now! Newly furnished home, that is very neat and cosy in a quite street central Glenorchy. 5 -8 minute walk to bus mall/ northgate located near the water. Also right near the highway so 10-15 mins drive to the city. The bed available is large, has shutters that can be pulled down, great for those who need to sleep during the day, Freedom clothing racks for storage. Third bedroom is quite small so it has been converted into a weights/yoga room. Great entertaining space in the backyard which has a shed with couches/firepot etc. Person who does move in will not need in household appliances, etc literally just bedroom furniture needed, if you do have household goods I am sure we can make room for them! But its why rent us a little higher but it is also absolutely negotiable! Wifi connected plus i love to clean! I am a fun, happy person who loves to cook and have a drink, if you are a neat and tidy boy/girl looking for a new home i would loveeee to hear from you!
Upstairs unit on a no-through road, <5 min walk from Main Rd bus routes, 10 min walk to supermarkets/KMart/the Moonah strip, a 6-day takeaway store around the block, and about 5 min from a Zap gym. The available room is 3x3m with a built-in wardrobe, can come with a bunk bed (own sheets and pillows required!!) or unfurnished. We have one undercover parking space. Internet is currently ADSL, waiting on a more stable housemate situation before getting NBN set up. We do have an indoor-only cat, though additional pets (including another cat) may be unsuitable. It might seem an odd rule, but we have a ban on bananas. Current occupants will need a week or two to move out once we find someone.

I am quite and will be busy at work as I will be working 6 days a week 9-5:30. so you wont see me much but if you are up for anything after work and you like me to join, then I am in. Hi My name is Cheryl, and I am a student of RGIT. I orginally come from China, and Im thinking move to Hobart in the mid till the end of April. I am an open-minded and easy going person. I like making new friends and participating outdoor activites. However, I am not a party animal and a non-smoker.
I am looking for somewhere to live with my adorable friendly pooch Hank, who is a 4yr Staffy x Jack Russell who I rescued from the RSPCA. I am a friendly, young at heart, very quiet, clean, respectful easy going dog/animal lover and currently working part time (admin/secretary) but moving to full time work after Easter. I also wish to undertake study in the near future. I am financially secure to cover rent etc while working part time. I have recently returned to Tassie after living in Queensland for 6 months or so while caring for my mother who was ill. Hank & I love walking in the bush and dog beach/dog parks. We also love home time too. We are social but not partiers. My main priority is to find a secure & happy place to live for Hank, as he had a bit of a rough time before coming to live with me. Happy to talk to anyone, if we sound like we would be a good fit for your place. (Please note, unfortunately there is no internet access where I am currently staying so I may not respond to a message immediately but will do so as soon as I can.)
