Hi, We are in search of a like minded, optimistic, down to earth, clean and tidy, environmentally friendly female to live with us in our large sunny house on the eastern shore. The house is 10-15 mins from Hobart city/UTAS, and 15 mins from airport and Bellereive beach. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk up the road. An established veggie garden is booming with delicious freshness that we cannot possibly eat by ourselves! There is a large verandah with a bbq and an outdoor wood fired pizza oven for these summer days. Your room can be mostly furnished, and you will share a bathroom (with spa bath), and seperate toilet with one other. We are asking for $220 a week rent. Internet/water/gas/powers is included! 3 mnth stay is good for everyone to adjust and if everyone is happy we will go from there. Females preferred please. so if you like the sound of being our housemate, please give us a message or call to come and meet us! Avaliable Monday 1st June!
Hi I am a creative arts professional working in festival producing, production and programming. I'm looking for a a lovely place to settle into long term with warm open-hearted people. I'm passionate about music, arts, literature and culture. I also love nature, hiking, camping and locally grown and sourced produce. You'll find me in the kitchen regularly as I love cooking, dinner parties and sharing wine with friends. I also have a black cat whose name is 'Squiggle' he is 10 years old - I treasure him as he has the most incredible chilled out and fun personality and loves cuddles, laps and pats. Looking for a place where we are both welcome!
Hello everyone, my name is Corrine. I've been to Hobart abt half year. I'm working full time as advertising and marketing role. I enjoy sunshine and outdoor activities. Most of time, I'm quiet. Also, I have party mode that I can enjoy good time with friends lol. I'm looking for a new place to live for a long term. I'm currently living in Lindisfarne. I hope the new place is cosy and clean. I would like to know new people to be friends with. Prefer to live with individuals, not couples. ^ ^

Hi! I'm Samuel-Kaye (all one word) but my friends call me Skippy.. :-) I'm a happy and easy going person moving to Tasmania for a new life away from the city. I'm looking for a friendly share house with housemates who are tidy, respectful and considerate. I like to be social with housemates but I also value my private time. I'm not a party animal and prefer to socialise away from the home. I'm a non smoker ( I vape though..) and I enjoy a quiet drink every now and then after a long day. My dog Mitch is very well behaved, he's 8 years old and mostly likes to sleep all day. He is very good at following instructions, doesn't chew, dig holes or pee on things. He's used to being outside during the day and sleeping on my bed at night. Both Mitch and I have great references and I consider us to be a pretty awesome housemates :-)
Hey! I'm gemma, a 17 year old student at rosny college :) I'm super friendly and love a good chat but also respect personal space and alone time. Very neat, and polite love to cook, paint and go for adventures. Need access to a bus route
've just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom spacious apartment in Lindisfarne, it's at 5/76 East Derwent Highway so now i'm on the search for a housemate. The rent would be $250 (negotiable) a week bills, White goods are included. The Lease is for 6 months but it can easily be extended. Also there is Bond, its $1000 which ideally would be split. I take the place from somewhere between the 8th and 15th of June, this is depending on the landlords but exact date will be known shortly. i've said it's furnished in the ad but the bedroom is not furnished, this just means that i have couches, TV unit, rug and dining table so to avoid doubleing up i've said furnished. I work a Full Time Job so i'm after someone similar, but really i just need someone who can pay on time! Regarding bills the Landlord will cover some of the water cost (we pay anything over $80) plus I have unlimited internet that I will transfer to the new place. Carparking, there is one garage space, great for tools and 1 car, there is also a visitors car park and off street parking max of 50 metres down the road. also I have a car (so we'll fight to the death for the garage space haha) but also there is a bus stop 50 metres down the road to and the bus into the city is every 10 minutes! I've attached photos of the place, there are 2 bathrooms, massive plus! and the second bedroom easily fits a queen bed and desk, plus has built in cupboards.
The property has recently been renovated with lime washed polished floors , modern lighting, new windows ,a brand new bathroom and a big timber deck (which is almost finished.) Its beautifullly sunny all day, facing north with mountain and water views on top of a reserve. The house is surrounded by gardens and lawns with an auto watering system ( low maintenance) and has a big sun terrace off of the sunroom/lounge space: this is in addition to the seperate kitchen and deck area . (so plenty of private space to hang out ) . The bedroom that is available has a queen bed , wardrobe and study desk and seating. You will share with a couple who work and study , so its a fairly quite household. its 5 m walk to waterfront reserves , jetties and local shops with the bus stop 2 minutes walk. 8 min drive to centre of Hobart CBD and 5 min to Glenorchy and Moonah.

Hey potential housemate, I'm Sam. I've moved to Hobart to start a new job and am keen to settle in a nice place to come home to. I love to cook, share a bottle of wine or a pot of tea over a chat. I'm the right amount of social for a housemate and I'm house trained for cleaning, tidiness and general noise. I'm really after a home house, rather than a party house.
I love music, the outdoors, martial arts, literature and spending time with others. I currently live in a self contained unit downstairs from an elderly couple but would love the opportunity to live closer to people and make new friends. I work part time at Hillstreet in West Hobart and am currently pursuing a career as a musician. I am tidy and happy to abide by any house rules. Love a drink with friends and going on adventures.
I'm mark, an overseas pharmacist. Would like to settle in Tasmania but it depends upon getting an intern position here in order to finish my registration process. I have typed only 2 months to stay as i still don't know where is the place i will find the position i need ( if i found it for sure i will stay for more period) Im very clean and easy going, very friendly and interested in socialisation in all the means. In my free time i always love to go outings for a walk or spending time at coffees or having a drink. Some of my hobbies: playing football- watching movies- night talks- riding bicycles- swimming- making new friends.
