Hi we have a Large Bedroom with Ensuit and Veranda overlooking the backyard and river for rent on Wyong River. We are in our early to late 20's. We have a small quiet dog and 3 rabbit lawnmowers. We are very easy going and respectful and would like the same. We have people around on hot days for BBQ and swimming and sometimes a big fire in the back yard. We drink occasionally but there is to be no drugs whatsoever on the property at anytime. We all work and understand that everyone needs their sleep on weeknights so please keep this in mind. There is ample kitchen space and there will be a cleaner for common areas and bathrooms every fortnight. Really great house and very friendly people. The house is on Wyong river and is a short walk to Wyong train station and only 2 stops to Ourimbah University. Bills are roughly $25 a week per person in the house. (Effectively makes the rent $275pw) Rent can be negotiated if willing to take responsibility for some housekeeping otherwise you are only responsible for yourself, your room and anything you use. Brand new house, 5 min walk to shops, hotel, school. Ducted aircon, water and power paid for, very basic furnishings (fridge, basic kitchen appliances,tv, and dining table that's about it) I'm away with work all week and often stay at my partner's place in Sydney. Looking for someone clean who will look after the place as their own. Will be there most weekends to landscape the house. Currently not landscaped. Bring whatever furniture you have make yourself at home. As you see the house is not yet complete. When it is I'll update photos with exactly what you're getting. 3 bedrooms to from, including the main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite for a bit extra. Suit a couple or two seperate room renters. Inspection welcome however needs to be on weekends when I'm home.
Work full time so rent will always be paid. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I'm easy going and laid back and respectful of others and their personal space. I work in Sydney and have 2 kids. My wife and I are separated and I need to get out of the house so our relationship doesn't turn any more toxic than it already is. Somewhere on the coast near Wyong is preferred so I can see my children on a daily basis. I like socializing and having a couple of quiet drinks. I like most sports and I am an avid All Blacks supporter.......yes I'm a kiwi, but don't hold that against me. Most nights I'll be tending to my kids and putting them to bed and will be using the flat to shower and sleep. Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. There is a granny flat available that has its own bedroom with ensuite, air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes with a separate living area and kitchenette, with another separate air-conditioner also a part of the granny flat. All bills including internet and foxtel are included in the weekly rent. The ground floor features 2 very large living area's, one backing onto an open kitchen with ample benchspace and storage. This room looks out into a light filled landscaped outdoor area with grass. The top floor has 3 large rooms, with a very generous master bathroom (Double shower, bath tub and double length vanity) and a seperate toilet (there's one also downstairs - 3 in total) 2 of the 3 rooms are available for rent and both rooms have built in wardrobes and could easily accomodate a queen bed. I clean up after myself and I work through 5 days a week so I am not home a majority of the time, I do have a dog who is excellent with people all though she does miss me when I leave, not a big drinker so I won't be stumbling through the door at stupid times, I do smoke but not very much and am okay with going outside to smoke, I've been told to add that I am 6"4 so I am handy for all your reaching needs
