Brand new 4 bedroom/2 bathroom recently built house, Ceiling fan in every room, 2 Living spaces, Split system in the living area. Ideally located near schools, train station, supermarkets and shopping centres. All rooms have built in robes, and in quiet cal-de-sac. Living with a professional couple who live a very active lifestyle, we train at the gym nearly every afternoon, we mostly keep to ourselves through the night, although we both love a good chat. we are after a honest, reliable, respectable roommate who is easy going and also enjoys a good laugh.
The property is a brand new 2 bedroom duplex. A family member is moving out and I am looking to replace them with a new flatmate. The room for rent is of a decent size, the kitchen has a gas stove and the living room/dining area is quite generous for a 2 bedroom place. There is a very small yard out back. Currently the property has one cat who will eventually move out with the outgoing family member. Pets will be considered - a cat currently lives in the house and other pets will depend on what the real estate is willing to approve. The garage will have enough space for either parking a car inside or some storage space (but hoarders are not welcome!). The NBN internet is connected and about $100 a month (which we go halves in). The outgoing family member is leaving very early December, the current date is 2nd of December so the room will be available then. The new flatmate will likely need to sign a lease and a 4 week bond will be necessary too. The property is closest to Wyong station which is a 5-10 minute drive away depending on traffic. There is a small Coles a few minutes drive away.
As I am looking to relocate, I am seeking a lovely someone to take over my room in our sharehouse. The house is modern, light, spacious and clean in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood. It features a large kitchen, lounge room and bathroom, patio and backyard area, double garage, dining area and laundry, which are all shared facilities. There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with Wyong train station a ten minute drive away. Wadalba shops are also within walking/cycling distance from the house. The room itself is clean and light, carpeted with a large window and mirrored built in wardrobe. Although the house is fully furnished, the room will not be once vacated. It is large enough to fit a double or queen sized bed and a desk. It would ideally suit a female student or working professional of a similar age to the other housemates whom are all in their early 20s. The photos do not do it justice, so if you’re interested arrange a time to check it out for yourself.
Hello! We have a double bedroom available, it has a built in wardrobe, will fit a double bed and drawers easily. There is a double bed in there that you can use or I can store it elseware. We have NBN, Netflix, a big covered BBQ area and our back yard has beautiful views onto the river. Good fishing if you're interested. We have air conditioning and gas cooking. The yard is large and we have a fire pit down by the river where we have bonfires, a few drinks and cook out's! There are 2 kayaks which you can use to explore the river :). We are a very friendly and clean house. We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks and cleans all of the main areas plus the bathrooms. I take care of all the lawns and gardens. I prefer No smoking but i do have a guy here that smokes and if its done outside and buts are cleaned up I dont mind. No drugs. We prefer people with full time work as then everyone understands the need for sleep on week nights. We want everyone to feel comfortable in the house. Thanks for reading, we hope to meet you soon! I tend to be very quiet and I keep to myself, and I'm very conscious about respecting other people's space I don't have any kids or pets, and I don't party. I'd prefer to live within walking distance of a train station. Officially I don't have to be out of my current place till mid December but I'm definitely hoping to move before then :) Bonus points if you have a cat!
Hi i'm Emma-Kate I am currently studying and have been working at McDonalds for 3 and a half years. I am easy going, respectful and tidy. I am not into the party scene, would rather relax at home or spend my time with family and friends but in saying that I wouldn't mind having a social drink with my housemate. I'm rather quiet and will likely be in my room a large majority of the time. I quit smoking a month ago, and I'm looking for work. I don't mind if you smoke/drink/do drugs so long as I'm not pressured into anything. I love to learn, but I'm starting to find it really hard to continue studying so I'm looking for work. My only reason for moving is family related reasons, as I'm living with my sister and her boyfriend. I'm open to any religion, it's your choice after all, and okay with any age.
