Hey! I'm a 25 year old from Northern Ireland. I'm currently living in Perth however moving to Sydney in the new year. I'm currently working full-time and studying. I've been living on my own for the past 4 years so I know the importance of paying bills and rent on time. I'd like to think I'm fairly clean and will always pick up after myself. Currently hoping for a place I can stay for at least 9months with potential of staying longer. I'm a very friendly and chatty sort of girl but also appreciate quiet time. I'd like to think I can make friends easily, would say I'm easy going and love having a wine or two while watching a movie or over dinner. I don't go out partying at nightclubs, prefer more of a bar scene on weekends. But do appreciate the home to be respectful to not party at if others plan on having a quiet night. Enjoy having a laugh and over all being a happy person. Loves going on little day adventures exploring, or attempting some sort of water activity. Please reach out if you feel like i'd fit in to your home as i would love to hear from you. Thank you! Shannon

I recently moved from Brisbane to Sydney. I am a rower and work full time as an architectural intern. I am a pretty easy going, tidy person who would love to catch up with my other flatmates over dinner or drinks, but I also respect everyone's need for alone time. I would love to find housemates with a similar interest in health and fitness.

Hi I'm Rachael, I am a 34 year old Aussie Nurse. I work full time shift work hours. I like to keep pretty busy with work and socializing with friends, procrastinating about going to the gym, so I'm not home all the time, but also love hanging at home watching TV with a glass of wine.

Hey there, I'm an easy going professional. I like to have fun but am considerate to others. I'm clean and tidy. have lived in sydney a while.
Hey dudes, my name's René and am originally from New Zealand. I'm 25 and not far from starting a PhD but might go med school if I can get my shit together (unlikely but who knows). I finished my undergrad end of 2014 and have worked a fair bit since then, so I don't have to drink $2.99 wine anymore. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to, unless it's Midnight Mafia or HTID. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A beer and low quality chat sesh every now and then doesn't go amiss however. I guess my schedule is a bit irregular, but not like getting in at 3am irregular. In my spare time (hah) I'm busy with sporting commitments, work and owning a motorbike (off-street parking for this would be heaps good, lots of bike thefts in Sydney lately :'( ). Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary.
Hi I've just finished Uni and want to move out at some point over the next few months, just looking for the right place :) I am a respectful, clean and sociable human being.
Easy going and tolerant Englishman.
Hi! I'm Tommaso, 25, from Italy, about to start working as an economist in Sydney. I've had a great time with flatmates from all around the world when I lived in a share house in Milan (for 18 months) and Geneva (for 6 months). I'm always up for a chat over a cup of coffee and making dinner together now and then, but if you need to do your own things that's also ok with me. I keep things clean and tidy. I love cinema and hiking. I'm studying Spanish in my free time and I'd love Spanish-speaking flatmates, if they can bear the occasional Italian word in the conversation!
Hi Everyone! It's been a while since I've been back on here but I thought I'd give it a whirl and have a look around. I won't be moving until mid-next year, but am interested in finding a new place (preferably in or around drummoyne), as my flatmate will be moving away for work.. Ideally I'd like a place with lots of fresh air and sunlight. I work full-time in childcare, study part time, and use (what's left of) my spare time for art, Netflix, or going out and having a drink :) I'm easygoing but responsible, and hope to find a like-minded person/people. Would love to team up and find a place, as I already have furniture/appliances; but I'm happy to compromise :) Let me know if you're in the same boat, or know someone who might be. thanks!
I am fun loving, cheerful easy going person. I love to cook an share my meals, if anyone is around. I consider "home" a sanctuary from the busy world, I live a quiet home life and I am very respectful of other peoples needs and privacy. My interests include art and culture, I am currently studying Spanish, so I am often catching a Spanish flick or meal with my classmates. I also cycle for fun and play golf. Extremely domesticated, enjoy cleaning, keeping a tidy fridge but not annoyingly anal, I will go with the flow. My background is in Design and Construction, I am an early riser, very used to tiptoeing around as to not to disturb others. Looking for a place to call home for the foreseeable future. Love pets, happy to share walking duties.
Hi, I'm Miho from Japan, former sailor on cruise ships. I'm looking for a new place to live in Sydney, prefarably close from the water. I don't mind pets! My personality is very easy going, social, and I enjoy being outdoor and cooking.
I’m a leisure therapist, working in Hunters Hill area and looking for a place to call home with like-minded people who want a comfortable and relaxed home that is happy and sociable while respecting each others space.
The house is in a quiet but convenient location, about 6klm from Sydney. There is a great outside deck for those later afternoon BBQ’s. Close to the local italian shops, IGA, great pasticceria's, cafes, Italian, Thai, French restaurants even a new Orange fitness centre for you gym junkies. The 7klm bay walk around Drummoyne bay is great. I have 2 rooms available. Each room has aircon and with summer a must on some days when we don't get a breeze. Second room can be converted to twin or king bed room. Bus service to the city is 100 metres from the house, or about 8 minutes to get other buses. I often leave the car and catch the Light rail into the city ( from Hawthorne) or fish markets, Star etc. Plenty of off street parking in front of the house. We can discuss your specific needs and timing, 1 week to +12 months welcomed.
The property is ideally located on bus routes to City(via: P'matta or Vic Rd)/Chatswood/Leichhardt/Rockdale/Five Dock/Burwood/Hurstville, at the door. On street parking is readily available. The block, consisting of 4 flats, is nicely refurbished with polished floors & a shared backyard. Utilities are approx $100 per quarter based on reasonable use. The room, with an adjoining covered verandah, is currently partially furnished with a very comfortable inner spring sofa bed & wrought iron hanging/shelf unit. A wardrobe also exists however it houses linen. The place is fully furnished with everything necessary, which I'm more than happy to share use of, including linen and only request that due care & respect is taken. Please don't hesitate to contact me should you require any additional information or clarification of the above.
We have one room available in a three-bedroom share house. The bathroom is shared, as well as things such as cooking utensils, and kitchenware. All communal furniture such as fridge, lounge, washing machine and dining areas is available. With beautiful views, our house is only a 10 minute walk from public transport, including the Leichhardt North light rail station. We are also a 5 minute drive to Norton Street plaza, as well as being located right on the bay run. Water views from the balcony. In terms of bills, and extra $20 per week would almost always cover the electricity and gas per quarter and per person. And internet is an extra $5 per week, totalling $20 per month per person.
Just a 5 minute walk to Coles Five Dock and the many other Deli's and shops on Great North Road means you're never far from what you need and there's no stress. It's awesome living so close to Five Dock park which is massive and the Canada Bay "Bay Walk". Buses run regularly from the end of the road to the city and elsewhere. There's heaps of on street parking and I rarely don't get a park directly out the front. Only takes about 40mins on the bus to get to USYD or about 50 to the city in peak. Our place is super spacious 2 story home that's been renovated recently. It's well equipped with everything you'd need including speedy, unlimited internet, a well equipped kitchen, two living rooms (upstairs and down), great laundry facilities and a big backyard. There's 3 toilets, 3 showers divided between upstairs and down so bathroom time is never an issue.
Great share house! One of our flatmates is moving out so we are looking for a replacement - no couples. You would be living with 1 female, a couple and a fabulous golden retriever! So you must love dogs! Internet, Netflix are not included in rent. Plenty of Street parking available and close to public transport, great restaurants, the bay run and Birkenhead point shops. Lease runs through till feb 2019. Room available from 28/11.
