Hey there, I'm a very tidy, reliable and outgoing person who loves to socialise over a drink or two. I love to meet new people, cook and relax in my downtime when i'm not working. I am working full-time as a LED Screen Technician and have my own transport.
Dom and I and Steph are looking for a friendly housemate to move into our home. The room is private, it would easily fit a queen size bed, a dresser and a desk and it is light filled with a large window with fly screens. The room has water views overlooking Iron Cove bay. The house is right on the bay run- perfect! You can walk out the front door and straight onto the circuit over the road. The house itself is light filled, has a nice living area, a garden and a good kitchen. The house is on a bus route into the city. It's close to the popular cafe districts of Balmain, Leichhardt and Five Dock. Dom and I are both primary school teachers working full time. We are very easy going people who appreciate a mid week beer. Dom (30) is great at cooking, loves golf and AFL. Sally (26) is a mad beach go-er, surf lifesaver at Bondi and loves making things resin jewellery, craft etc. Steph is an event organiser for a cruise company in Balmain. We hope to hear from you, please let us know if you have any questions. Water views Air conditioning Great housemates Garden On the Bay run Additional toilet On bus route to the city
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.

I'm 25 years old and work full time as a program manager for an early intervention centre (usual business hours). I live a healthy and active lifestyle. I'm easy going and will always tidy up after myself! Looking for my own room (own bathroom is a plus) in a place with other like-mind people (preferably females). I have a boyfriend who I will sometimes go stay with. I also have a car so I need to have reliable street parking.

Hi, 23 year old, born and raised local to inner west of sydney, looking to move out of home in next couple of months, not looking to rush though. I'm a fully qualified registered nurse specialising in mental health, and work local at concord hospital. I'm clean and reliable, payment on time and consistent. Looking for an easy going group of people around my age who can be trusted and respectable but also know how to cut loose. I'm a rubbish cook but love to give it crack anyways haha. Feel free to message for any other questions.
What makes me great? besides the cliches of being "easy going", "tidy", "respectful of others space", "like the odd dinner or drink" I feel like i'm trying to impress someone on a cheesy dating site... Hi, I'm 32 and love long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners... hahaha I'm not so great a selling myself. Prostitution isn't the answer kids. I love to laugh, I've been occasionally labelled as a person with dirty sense of humour... Obviously in the nicest way possible, I do love a good "your mum" joke. On the less fun side of things, I work full time and and also study so I'm pretty quiet during the week but love to get out and socialise on the weekends. Most of my socialising is done out of the house though. *cliches ahead*... I'm respectful of my housemates, I'm clean and tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. There you have it.
Hey I'm a 27 year old female that loves the outdoors, summer, travelling, great food and great company. Looking for a short term rental that may turn into something more long term. I'm relaxed , easy going and would love to chat over a wine
Fun and friendly British guy enjoying a summer playing cricket and working in Sydney. Looking to have fun and meet some new people whilst I'm here. Very sociable and like going out for food and drinks with friends.
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!

Hello ! My name is Jacob and I ve got a neat, furnished large room up for rent in colourful Five Dock, close to shops, transport and the famous Bay run track. The house is very big, arranged on three levels, was recently built and is very modern: three large bathrooms, 3 terraces and comfortable, cozy backyard(s). The current tenants are myself, Jacob, 30yo, Sales & Project manager, and Peta, 28yo, Management Executive (we are not in a relationship :-P ). Although we are very friendly (straight) and easygoing, we take pride of being very respectful, especially of privacy, tidy and clean: our house is an oasis of peace and we want to keep it like that. We are looking for a housemate who reflects those characteristics, therefore, if you know you dont match those points mentioned just above, please save both our and your time ... ;-) The ideal candidate will be a 25 to 35 years old employed professional, responsible, possibly European (not a must be, though) definitely NOT a "house party" freak, although we do enjoy a social dinner / little party at our place from time to time. You will love both the house and the room at first sight; Peta and I will hopefully make a good impression too :-) See you soon !
The flat has three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen/lounge/living space with a small balcony, and internal laundry. There's plenty of street parking and friendly neighbours who rescue you when you've locked yourself on the balcony 😇 We're a 5ish minute walk to the light rail and buses, and 30 second walk to the bay ⛵️ The available room is $220/wk plus bills and internet (usually no more than $10-15/wk). It's a large room with a big window and mirrored built-ins. Looking for someone to move in 2nd/3rd November.

We are looking for a female with a similar background to share this home with. Street parking and unlimited internet access are available. The house comes furnished and the room has built- ins; lots of storage space. All you have to bring would be your bed and a desk (if you like) for the room. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful. About 20 mins bus ride to the city, it is located close to restaurants, chemist, bakery, gas station, cafe, Birkenhead Point and the Bay run. Though a chilled- out household, we are not party people. Occasional wine and dine (at home) with housemates is a bonus. The rent is $260 excl. bills. 4 weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance. Hey! I'm Brodie a 25y/o female, working & and studying. Looking for my own room preferably in the inner west area. I have a large, beautiful dog and he HAS to come with me, his name is Zeke & he loves the company of another dog so if there's already a resident pup, they can be friends! He's ok with cats but better with a sassy one, one who shows some authority and will give him a hiss if needed. More about me, I study vet nursing, work a couple of stable part time jobs. I'm a clean person, I always clean up after myself (and my dog!). I go out occasionally or hang at home, studying or watching Netflix with a glass of wine. We are looking for somewhere we can call home, we want nice, comfortable living standards! Send me a message if you have a room or are interested in finding a place! We are hoping to move ASAP!

We're an energetic young couple, working full time & looking to move out of home. We're currently living in the inner west, I'm from Sydney and Chris is from Berry, country NSW. I work in marketing & Chris is a surveyor studying engineering. We're both heavily involved in our sports - cycling & running so you probably won't even see us around much because we'll be out and about on the weekends! We'd be pretty boring flat mates really, in bed by 10pm each night ;) We've got an awesome dog, she's a 5year old lab x kelpie and one of the nicest dogs you'll meet - super friendly and very well behaved.
