Modern 2x Bedroom and 2x Bathroom apartment in Russell Lea seeking a flatmate. Being the apartment owner, the place is fully airconditioned and has just recieved a fresh paint (all rooms), steam cleaned carpets, new furniture (just bring your bedroom), new blinds, light fixtures, appliances etc. The apartment has a 2x car garage w/ storage directly underneath. Being on the ground floor we have a front balcony, with an even larger rear one and no stairs or elevator restrictions. Based in a lovely complex with gym, sauna, spa, pool, tennis courts and harbour views just around the corner. 2x streets back from the harbour bay run, cafes, waterfront dining, harbour views and Birkenhead shopping centre it really is in a special spot of Sydney. I am an easy-going and socialable Sydney event manager, looking for someone I can enjoy living with and will be helpful in keeping the place clean and tidy. Please let me know if you would like any further information on the apartment or available moving dates. (Photos are for another apartment in the complex, not the specific apartment)
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
I am a young professional working full time and studying. I am looking for a clean and quiet place. I am originally from Italy and moved to Australia 5 years ago. I would ideally like my own place or maybe share with maximum two people.
Honest, reliable, empathetic, compassionate, considerate ,artistic yet practical, animal lover -ALL incl insects- non judgemental ( I hope ), good sense of humour, reasonable and reasonable culinary skills (Still learning), an altruist with misanthropic leanings and obviously quite humble :) Ps; Trying very hard to quit the gaspers!
Just moved to Sydney and looking for semi-temp accommodation until I decide where is best to live permanently. Can cook, tidy, quiet, self employed to an extent so my work timing is flexible. Respectful and very easy going.
Hi I'm Franco, 38, looking to move into a new place after selling our family home of the last 8 years. I work in the Sydney CBD in professional services working most days til 6/7pm. I also travel occasionally for work. I enjoy gym, outdoor fitness and the bay run and also cook regularly.
Heya, Stewie and I are current house mates moving on from a share house and looking for something a bit newer and modern in the Inner West. We are no fuss low maintenance both working professionals looking for a a third person. Budget of $250-$300 a week, like our own space but won't say no to a Gnt and a good movie!
THE HOUSE We love our Californian bungalow by the water! We enjoy water views from the front sunroom and the backyard looking over the Bay Run perfect for a couple of chilled afternoon bevies during the summer, or with the help of our fire pit for those cooler nights! Floorboards throughout, renovated kitchen, extra toilet in the back sunroom. Telstra cable internet including Foxtel and Netflix are all set up and ready to be used, We have two living areas with separate TVs, one for the Foxtel and one for the Netflix! This is a home not a share house, looking for someone who will treat it as such! We like to keep common areas clean and tidy but aren't super anal or anything! The light rail is at the end of the road so its a quick 20 minute ride to the city via public transport! YOUR ROOM Your room is two rooms in one, with double connecting doors between them. Can come furnished, pricing negotiable on furniture
1 room available for rent in the heart of five dock. Close to supermarket, bus stops, takeaway food, gyms, library. The famous bay run is only a short walk away! The house is fully furnished and the room will be furnished with a bed. It has ALOT of cupboard space! The room is very similar to the one in the photos! Rent is $200 per week, including internet and minor household items. Bills will be split evenly (Usually works out at $10 a week) Seeking a quiet, professional adult or student who is realiable, clean, friendly. The house is not party friendly, so if you're looking for a place to have parties - this is NOT the place for you. The pub is just down the road and it's only 20 minutes to the city!
Drummoyne is a beautiful place to stay! Living here brings you closer to restaurants, the shops, bus stops, and the well-known bay run. Everything is super accessible even if you're a commuter like me. The unit itself is one of 8, and is on the ground floor. My flatmate owns the common room furniture which already have buyers, so furnishing the common area is/will be a work in progress for me/us! Your room will be unfurnished except for built in drawers + shelves. It is reasonably sized, at approx 2.4 x 3.5 metres. Please note that the bed in the photos is a full KING sized bed, so it makes the room look a bit cozier. $255 weekly inclusive of all bills, $240 if you want to split bills :) Shared laundry area and clothes line. On-street parking available. Let me know if you have any questions!
Awesome 2 bedroom apartment between Drummoyne and Five Dock. Has views over Five Dock Bay and Drummoyne. Even has an outdoor pool which is great in summer! You'll love that everything is pretty much 5 minutes away • 2min walk to bus stop, 15-20mins to city or Sydney Uni/UTS. • Heaps of local restaurants and Italian & Australian cafe's. • There’s lots of local gyms, including: Five Dock Leisure Centre with gymnastics/indoor soccer/badminton, Fit-n-Fast, Anytime, Plus Fitness, F45 & Vision. Plus Drummoyne pool. • The Bay Run is up the road and 1 street away is Five Dock Bay if you’re into running/cycling. • Five dock itself, for the best Italian produce in Sydney, a Coles and other local stores that actually get to know you. The unit is fully furnished apart from your room, but it does include a wardrobe. Rent excludes electricity and internet which aren't included. I currently split all bills 50/50 with my current flatmate.
Hi, our house is minute of Italian main street. On other side you can found hips of fast-foods which are on parramatta road (3min.). Coles is 5min walk from our house. Our street is pretty quiet and far from airplane traffic. Bus stop is in front of our house, to city it will take you 30 min. In our house is big living room shared with kitchen, where we love to spent time together. On back yard we have BBQ, Pool.
First off, whoever is looking to take this room must be willing to sign onto the lease. The lease is currently set to end on the 29th of January and can be renewed from then, or if you'd prefer the landlord would be happy to write up a new 12 month lease now. The landlord and property manager are probably the nicest I've ever met, and are extremely prompt with repairs (work orders sent within the day). The house is very spacious, in a really nice neighbourhood within walking distance to a ton of amazing restaurants and cafes. It was recently repainted and floors polished so everything is also looking quite nice. The house features a large kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove-top. The living room has a ton of natural light coming in, an air-conditioning unit and a gas fireplace. There is also a spare room out back with a washing machine (but no dryer). The backyard is huge, with a nice courtyard area perfect for BBQs, and another nice grassy section with some trees. The room itself is huge (4.5m by 3.5m) with gigantic built-in wardrobes, an AC unit and wooden floorboards. Happy to leave my double bed in the room if desired. Move in date is very flexible, I don't really have a set date that I've got to move out by so I'll be keeping this ad up until I've found someone.
Hi! My name is Brittany and I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Sydney. Unfortunately my wonderful housemate is leaving me for the excitement that is Canberra and I'm looking to fill her room! We live in Five Dock (25 mins to University of Sydney, 40 minutes to Central, and 15 minutes to Burwood - all by bus). We're a three minute walk to a number of gyms, restaurants and supermarkets. There are a number of bus stops all just a couple of minutes walk away. The place is a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom two storey apartment. You'll have your own room with a built in robe and bathroom. The living room, kitchen and laundry (with half bathroom) are located downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. We also have two secure car parks beneath the building! Everywhere but your bedroom is completely furnished but more than happy to discuss if you have additional furniture you would like to bring - the photos are the real estate photos but can definitely send through some more recent ones.
Hello! I study full time at MQ and work in Darlinghurst, i usually work until 2/3 am so main objective is finding some humans that don't mind the sound of the shower at that time! As reward I can supply beer and dumplings. I wouldn't mind housemates that can share a dinner or drink every now and then but if it's a great house that's not about that communal life then I'm amazing at keeping to myself also. I'm usually home 2 mornings and 2 evenings per week and not much more. Don't need a car space but would LOVE to get a pet bird at some point in the next 6 months so if you're cool with pets that would be fab. I'm all about cooking and making beautiful food, YES IIcan cook for you when I'm home, and the best thing about it is that I clean up after myself, "wait what, she's tidy AND relaxed?" you say "she must be a unicorn!" you exclaim.
Hi potential roomie! I am looking for a place to move into ASAP so if I seem a little eager don't be concerned! A little about myself so you don't feel uneasy, I'm 23, pretty chill and talkative. Previous housemates can vouch how great it has been the last five years! Unfortunately we're all going our separate ways and I am looking for a new place to call home! I work in radiology in Parramatta and I'm friendly but respectful and I would say I'm mature for my age! Love a glass of wine and am always out and about travelling and eating! I am looking for something long term hopefully! Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks

Hi! I'm Alex, moving from Melbourne to sunny Sydney for work in mid-September. I work full time in Human Resources and love what I do. Outside of work, I do my best to keep fit, make friends and catch up with old ones, as well as travel the world. I'm a clean, fun, considerate housemate who respects privacy as much as socialising. Ideally looking for somewhere to stay on an ongoing basis with some great people!
