I am a happy, reliable, clean and tidy individual that is looking for a modern house to share. Prefer own bathroom but not necessary. I have moved down from Noosa. Looking from Hobart; Sandy Bay, Taroona, Blackmans Bay, Kingsgate To the lovely Eastern Shores of Bellerive, Rose Bay Lindisfarne. I do health therapy as my profession.
I am quiet and considerate. Will work hard to respect the houses rules and keep things neat and tidy. I will mostly keep to myself and expect a certain level of privacy, but am not against sharing meals from time to time. I work in software development, but enjoy getting outdoors whenever possible in my free time, or reading a good book. I look forward to hearing from you.
3 bedroom house sharing with only one housemate and two dogs. Huge backyard and bbq, close to eastlands shopping centre. There is a bed and built in robe already in the room, house is fully furnished. Would like someone with contactable references, unfortunately i have 2 dogs so i can't have any more in the property. I enjoy a wine or two but I'm not much of a party person.

LARGE double bedroom for rent with an ensuite - massive inbuilt storage double cupboard, air conditioner IN the room. Room will NOT be furnished - that is a QUEEN sized bed in the room currently next to a computer desk with a bedside table (eg PLENTY of room). IDEAL for a COUPLE, as the rent can be split, however a single professional on a decent wage would also be considered. DECENT rent - $240 per WEEK, Bills & internet separate and split between all tenants. GOOD - condition house, with a modern washing machine, drier, dishwasher, etc. CLOSE to university - a 10 minute walk away - close to Sandy Bay bus routes, 2 minutes away - close to sandy bay shops. FRIENDLY housemates - two PHD students - very friendly and clean. DISCREET - room is large and can be closed off - two existing tenants live upstairs and are friendly but also respect personal space - ensuite is entirely yours to use. GARAGE - parking for your car, should you have one. STYLE - beautiful room in a prestigious region close to everything you should need in Hobart. I am merely moving out to save $ and I need a replacement ASAP, SUBJECT to you being approved by my real estate to take over the remainder of my lease (6 MONTHS REMAINING - late FEBRUARY 2018 END) - rented through Elders Brown and Banks.
The property is located in the heart of historic Battery Point and is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house has old world charm combined with modern appliances. A good size garden is also available.
Moving from Victoria to study.I am friendly and respectful, fairly quiet but also social. I have a great sense of humor. I am able too cook and clean. i will have a stable job once i move as i can get a transfer from my current job. I will be studying physics and geology. I love to explore national parks or forests in my free time. I have a car and am on my P1 license but will almost be up to P2 by the time i move. Also planning on buying a new bicycle so a room within cycling distance of UTas would be ideal. Thanks in advance!
Hello there, We are a friendly couple moving down from the mainland to make Tassie and Hobart more specifically our home. I am Australian and am moving down to study ocean science. My partner is French and she will be working in finance and consulting. We enjoy a wine with dinner, chats and unwinding from the day, being comfortable and relaxed in a warm, welcoming home. We are active and social, but clean, tidy and respectful. We will be France for the next couple of weeks, arriving in Hobart mid-August, so please contact us and maybe we can arrange a skype call/meeting. We are open to any length of stay at this point. Can't wait to meet you! Angus and Marion
