I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
Hi, my name is Joss. I'm 23 from Scotland. I am currently looking for a place to stay in Sydney between the 24th of October to the 6th or January for my holiday here. I once lived here for a year (2014-2015) and I'm back to this city where I consider home for one last time before I return to the UK to study HR. I'm clean, tidy and respectful, I'm a non drinker so you won't be catching me stumbling in at 3am! I'm a gym junkie and I love to explore. Please contact me with any questions and if you are interested in renting out to me. I would preferrably like to have my own room but I wouldn't mind sharing a bedroom with someone else, thank you :)
Please read my whole profile in order to know why I don't have a picture or social media linked on here. Hi there! I'm a young male who works full time plus has his own small business. I spend most of my time either watching movies/TV shows, playing video games, socialising or mucking around with business activities online. Therefore I would like a decent NBN connection. Other than that I am respectful, quiet, considerate, clean, polite and get along with everyone. I pull my weight with the cleaning and always do my own washing up. I'm cool with living with all genders, races, cultures, religions and everything LGBT+. I'm quite open to most things provided you're sane, clean and don't do drugs or binge drink. I currently have my own bedroom furniture, a motorbike that I'm about to sell (but will be buying a brand new one next year sometime though) and have a car. I don't mind my car being on the street but need the bike to be relatively difficult to steal haha The last thing I need to mention is that I am a nudist most of the time (weather permitting). This isn't a sexual thing for me, it's simply a freedom thing and I wear clothing when friends (yours or my own) or other people visit. It would be great if future housemates were nudists themselves but they don't need to be, they just have to be comfortable with nudity. I cannot stress enough that this isn't sexual in the slightest. My reason for leaving my current place is due to my housemates being complete slobs and not doing their share of the cleaning, washing up or mowing. I don't want to be the only one cleaning the house. Please hit me up if you want to discuss anything further. Thanks for your time!
I am honest and friendly. I value an environment that is silent, helps me to relax and enjoy life. Takes care of others and never ever give up on people.
Hey future flatmate! We are two fun-loving Nepali girls currently studying in UTS and University of Sydney. We work park-time and and are full-time students. We are homebodies but also adventurous and spontaneous. We love to laugh and interact with people. But we also respect people's privacy more than anything. If we sound like we all can live cordially and yet have an amazing time together then leave me a message.
