We are looking for 2 awesome housemates to live with us. My boyfriend and I are moving into a 3 bedroom house on the 23rd May and we're looking for another 2 housemates. The 2 rooms are unfurnished. We are 29 and 30 and both living and working full time in Byron. We're looking for someone who's chilled out, sociable, clean and tidy, likes going out but we don't want too much of a party house as we both work early during the week, mainly just go out at weekends! We're both chilled, love watching good movies, trying to surf, drinking, music, going out and both eat meat!

The house is on Bangalow road, right next to the Road House, it's near Dolphin's⁄Tallow beach and is only a 20 minute walk into town or 5 minute bike ride.

We have a 12 month lease so it would be ideal if you were here for a while but 3-6 months would be OK. You need to have a full-time job and references would be great.
The place is a really nice 3 bedroom, has a back garden, deck and front porch area too.
