The room for rent is my bedroom, as I am moving across the city for work. It's a great room - a very large main bedroom, with a huge walk-in robe and private ensuite bathroom. It's an amazing house - 4 bedrooms (one main, and then three others which are all the same size), a large living area, updated bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher. The backyard is large with a pergola/entertaining area, and a whole bunch of fruit trees. There's also a large garage out the back for extra storage. Cars can be kept off the street in a garage. Location is fantastic - within walking distance of the city. The rent of $195 p/w doesn't include bills, but they're shared (including internet etc) - between four of us, they haven't been too extreme! Main house rules: my housies are not looking for someone who is a crazy party person, but are all sociable people. They enjoy cooking and having friends round for dinner etc. Everyone is pretty relaxed but it's important that the place is kept neat and tidy (no one is nuts about cleaning, but mouldy plates in the sink is definitely not a good thing...) Rent etc is always paid promptly. Let me know if you have any other questions! You will need to be approved by the landlord but there shouldn't be any issues with that, I don't think. Also, the bond is just under 6 weeks' rent ($1080), but the site only let me put 4 weeks in. Hope to hear from you soon!

Secure entry via rear stairs and excellent floodlighting at night. A bit fugly on the outside but a gem on the inside. Good hot water and pressure. Massive fridge and heaps of cupboard space. Good washing machine and large laundry basins. Funky coloured doors! The location is UNBEATABLE; It is closer to Henley Beach road than appears on the map. 1 minute walk to Foodland Torrensville, Gym, specialty shops and awesome restaurants along Henley Beach road. 1 minute walk to bus stop 5, taking about 7 minutes on the H route to get to the middle of the city or 15 minutes to the beach! Very short walk to the Brickworks shopping complex. Perfect for professionals that work in the city, full-time international students and people visiting/settling in Australia. There are 2 rooms available - both for 6 months The furnished room is $160 per week (Yellow Room with glow in the dark Stars on roof) and the other is $150 per week (Blue room, cool but no stars). Bond is 4 weeks rent. The west is certainly the best! The house is a 1913 maisonette, it has a little backyard, a patio, fruit trees and a growing veggie patch (okay its mainly dirt but it has potential). I live 1 min from the bus that takes you straight onto north tce. Henley beach road is a quick walk away and the beach is also close. The rooms are lovely 3m x 3m with a tall celling a north facing window.
Our house is close to the city and is in excellent condition. Each room has its own wardrobe. It has a large kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. We have a great share house to live in. This is walking distance from the free tram into town and has close bus alternatives. We are all professionals working in the city keen to get involved in the community. We have great access to sports facilities around the corner with a sports oval, tennis courts, swimming pool and rock climbing clubs in walking distance. We enjoy getting together for a light meal or coffee and very inclusive. Furnished and unfurnished available. Current housemates work in a range of professions but we all enjoy getting out to community events and activities.
