This is a four bedroom, 3 bathroom large sun filled terrace house looking over Alexandria Park. The house is located approximately 10 minute walk from both Redfern and Green Square station. It has a lovely outdoor courtyard with BBQ, large kitchen & internal laundry. The bedroom is spacious (4.2x3.3) with two large windows and built in wardrobe. The room comes furnished with a Queen size bed and bedside tables. There is also more than enough space for you to have a desk in there. You would have your own bathroom (not an ensuite) which has a large corner bathtub in it. We have a fortnightly cleaner ($30 each) which you would be expected to contribute towards. It's an as new townhouse (was brand new when we moved in 12 months ago), split over 3 levels. Very modern, tiled in downstairs area & then carpet on upper levels. The kitchen, living & dining are on the entry level with a courtyard separating the 5th bedroom out the back. Two more bedrooms, plus shared bathroom & laundry on the middle level, with another 2 more bedrooms on the top level. None of the bedrooms in the house share a wall which is great for peace & quiet. We have a cleaner who comes in every fortnight to clean the common areas but do expect everyone to tidy up after themselves. We don't have any pets currently but the place is pet friendly & we would consider a small, trained animal.

This is a great spacious 2 bed apartment in the beautiful ever expanding suburb of waterloo. The room that is available for rent is a large room with it's own balcony and private bathroom. Downstairs is very spacious with a balcony also. You can view the pool from this balcony and it's great to relax by the pool on these warmer days. There is also a gym which comes with the apartment next to the outdoor pool. The flat is only a short 5 minute walk to Green square train station and bus stops. Also there is woolies supermarket just a short 5 minute walk away. The room will be up for rent from the 10th December to the 13th January while I am away.

The apartment is a pretty awesome place to live :-) It's a ground floor apartment of a quiet complex and it's right in the middle of the buzzing part of Alexandria. Woolworths and Dan Murphy's are just across the road and Campos coffee is next door. The double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a HUGE private bathroom.
