The house is 700m from the train station. It's right on the national park with extensive national park views and is very quiet. I also live 700m from a network of 60 kilometers of walking tracks in the Mt Kuring-gai National Park. The local shops are a 600m walk which includes an Aldi and medical centre. It has air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the spare bedroom. The spare bedroom is furnished and has a queen size bed. There is a little bit of storage room, but the house is better suited to someone that doesn't have much stuff. There are wallabies in the backyard. There are lots of native birds that only live within the national park, such as black cockatoos and eagles that fly over. Lyrebirds like to make a mess of my garden beds.
