I have a choice of 2 bedrooms. One is a single room and the other is a double room. They are both tiled and both have built in mirrored wardrobes. Both can be furnished with double bed. The rent for the single room is $150 a week and the double room is $165 a week since is relativeely bigger. The rent includes unlimited internet. The only bill that will be split is electricity bill (and it's not that much extra) I am looking for someone quiet and clean. There will only be 2 people in this unit in total.
