The room is on the smallish side and there is some traffic noise from Nepean Highway but I have put insulation on the windows to minimise the sound. There is heaps of storage in the kitchenette with cupboards draws and a portable shelf pantry. The glass doors from the lounge area lead into the bbq entertainment area which has a glass top dinning table with chairs, large bbq with gas cook plate and cast iron dish for cooking roast dinners. The bbq area also has an outdoor coffee table, extra seating, indoor outdoor plants and is enclosed with bistro blinds, there is a gas heater for use during winter. When the apartment was used as a holiday beach house this bbq area was used numerous times for events such as hens nights, birthday parties and even a wedding. The bbq area is a shared space with the adjoining house at the front of the property. To add to the privacy the yard is completely secured with locked gates and off street parking. All fences are 6 ft with a remote gate for car access. The rear yard is completely fenced and is fenced off from the front yard due to furry four legged friends who live in the front yard. The yard is private and peaceful with trees and garden. Off from the kitchenette area the door leads to a large laundry room that is fitted out with ample shelves, ironing board with iron, front loader washer and beach boards, beach fold up chairs and extra fold away tables for the bbq area.
