I am moving into a brand new, very nice 3brm home close to the beach in Bonbeach...excellent location and lifestyle..im looking for someone to team up and share half of the house..I will only need one room so I'm happy to compromise and offer the other two rooms plus double bathroom and lounge room almost exclusively available for own use... At the moment the area is unfurnished but i can arrange for furnishings...Someone that works full time and is respectful of others privacy and belongings would be good..i work full time odd hours so i do like my quiet time when i get home so someone similar would suit..clean tidy person is essential as the house is immaculate and all new appliances..dishwasher, washing machine that drys your clothes! Air conditioning/heaters in every room etc..bills shared..internet available...(no couples please - owner insists)

We’ve got a huge backyard with a shed, hammock, bbq and outdoor setting, it’s the perfect place to have some friends over or just relax.
