You will be sharing the home in Mount Stuart with two other, quiet and friendly housemates in their 20's, so someone similar in age would be ideal. The room is $110 for a single and $170 for a couple, and this includes all bills and is a little extra for NBN. Our house is a 30-40 minute walk to the city and a 15 minute walk to Elizabeth Street, there is also a bus that can take you wherever you need to go. Small, quaint apartment and very comfortable. The room has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers and a small study room attached to it. The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony just outside. The place is about 5 minutes walk away from UTAS and not far from Sandy Bay as well. 10 minutes drive to the city. There's bus stops nearby to go into the city and uni as well so it is very convenient. Only perk about the apartment is that it's right beside the road so you could hear cars pass by at night but other than that it's a very comfortable place.
