We are looking for a quiet person (preferably female) to rent our freshly renovated bright and airy granny flat. Surrounded by a large deck and leafy trees, with amazing views of Mt Kembla. The granny flat is situated at the back of the property underneath the main house (where we live). The bedroom can fit a double sized bed and a single lounge chair. There are two ceiling fans, however, no air conditioner. There is a laundromat nearby, as there is no access to a laundry from the granny flat. There is a bus stop nearby and UOW is a short drive. An amazing modern house, which is so close to everything.
