One bedroom for rent in small but modern 3 bedroom home in Pakenham. It is located on Havana Pde behind the Masters shopping complex. It is walking distance to a bus stop which goes to either Pakenham Station, Cardinia Road Station or Fountain Gate shopping centre for those that don't drive (like me!). Hello to my new housemate! I'm looking for an easy going, relaxed and down to earth house mate who is passed the major party seen. I am an RSPCA volunteer foster carer so it is important that you feel comfortable around animals and have a love and understanding for them. There are many animals coming and going in the house so sadly, I can not take on a house mate who already has pets. Animals can become very territorial and its just not fair on any animal or owner. I also have two of my own dogs a small and a medium breed. The house is 3 years old and is close to train station, shops, gym and in a new, fast growing estate. All bills would be split evenly between us (electricity, gas, water and internet). You would have your own bedroom and would only need to share with guests. There is a second lounge room that I'm happy for you to use as your lounge room but it currently doesn't have a couch or TV. I work full time as a Primary School Teacher so I am usually home relaxing most nights, using the TV to calm down. On weekends I like to sleep in and am here and there. He is private and we don't see each other often as he's out or in his room a lot. Looking to rent out one other bedroom as the house is quite large and it's still private living. Bedroom is generous and carpeted and has a double door built in robe and on the far side of the house upstairs. Room is near the second bathroom which is well lit and also has a large bath and separate toilet that would be shared with one person. Access to laundry with new washing machine and clothes line, Large modern kitchen with dishwasher, large oven plus microwave, double door fridge etc, Dining table, Couch, 50" TV, BBQ in Alfresco, Garage or spare room storage space. Pool table in the large upstairs room coming soon. (Building in progress) Able to accommodate some things too whether it be furniture or kitchen things etc. Basically if you have nothing, a bed is all you will require. Ducted heating throughout, evaporative cooling upstairs (where the bedrooms are) and Air Conditioning downstairs. NBN High speed internet connected so wi-fi throughout the house. Buses stop outside the estate, Officer & Beaconsfield Train stations are closeby and shops are not too far either. Parking would be street (quite wide non-through street) to avoid car swapping with garage entry. I have 2 friendly indoor cats who won't bother you except for cuddles or a lap. I do have a decent back yard, though given it's new, it is a work in progress to landscape and decking is almost finished for a huge outdoor living area. Front has a nice garden with a deck and water feature. The estate is very new, Timber Mill Cafe is very popular and there are multiple parks to come (Main one with views just opened recently) and walking and riding tracks throughout. I'm very friendly, easy going, great to talk to and don't mind some shared time or privacy. Happy to share some meals at times. Love a laugh and enjoy a quiet drink on occasions also. I don't have people over often and am fairly quiet. Work full time M-F. Basically as long as you don't mind helping to keep it neat and tidy (Clean kitchen, vaccuum, mop etc), I'm happy to share anything. Room is ready anytime, so if you were interested to have a look or have a chat over the phone or ask any questions then please feel free.
