This amazing cottage in Balmain is in the heart of everything. Right next to The London pub and is Walking distance to both Ferry’s - Balmain East 10 min walk and Thames Street ferry 6 mins walk. Fabulous cafes and pubs are walking distance. Bus to the city out the front. Comes with the Adopted next door neighbours dog called Yoyo who is adorable and loves people. This place is a home and is very comfortable. The room is large with huge built ins and storage. Lots of natural light. There is a large courtyard, bathroom and spare toilet. Looking to fill the second room in this perfectly situated flat in Balmain. The room is medium sized, and comes furnished with a single bed and hanging rack - but you could bring your own furniture if you prefer. The rest of the unit is also fully furnished. The flat is in a prime spot - there is a bus direct to the city across the road, and it's walking distance to the ferry. Besides the easy transport, there is a convenience store and cafe on the corner and the Darling Street restaurants just up the road. The Saturday markets (held twice a month) and Gladstone park are just 5 minutes walk away. There is also easy on-street parking, and a couple of off-street spots which are first-come first-served (although I have never had difficulty finding a spot here). Unlimited internet and all bills are included.

Situated on the Birchgrove/ Balmain cusp we have complete uninterrupted city views (Sydney City to the Anzac Bridge).
