I have just moved into this lovely spacious house. The bedroom up for rent is unfurnished and has beautiful views of Patterson river. It also has its own bathroom with shower/ toilet and the house has seperate upstairs/ downstairs lounge rooms. Downstairs is the kitchen and backyard with a deck and outdoor spa. Just steps from the front door is the Patterson river walking/ riding track which you can take to the shops (2 big supermarkets, restaurants and take seats) or Carrum train station/ beach. There is upstairs reverse cycle air con and power points in the room as well as a large wardrobe. I don't currently have internet but will connect when I get a house mate.
