It also has its own bathroom with shower/ toilet and the house has seperate upstairs/ downstairs lounge rooms. Downstairs is the kitchen and backyard with a deck and outdoor spa. Just steps from the front door is the Patterson river walking/ riding track which you can take to the shops (2 big supermarkets, restaurants and take seats) or Carrum train station/ beach. There is upstairs reverse cycle air con and power points in the room as well as a large wardrobe. I don't currently have internet but will connect when I get a house mate.

There is a queens bed and student desk for study. We are 30 mins from Caulfield, Clayton and Frankston Campuses, 45 mins by train to the city and 500 metres from shops, banks, train and beach.
