The home is fully furnished including the bedroom which has brand new furniture and a sealy posturepoeadic queen bed. Parking is off street and there is a single carport that is shared (we rarely use it). There is shared use of the main bathroom and the bedroom features a dual northern and eastern aspect for cross breezes and a ceiling fan for still nights. Very quiet area. Decent size room with built in. Room has very large window with blinds to let natural light in or keep out! There is a large veranda which gets an amazing breeze of an afternoon as well as a court yard on the opposite side of the house. House is fully furnished with a mix of funky modern and unique antique.
