The property is very clean and tidy. It is furnished aside from the bedroom for rent. It is < 5 minute walk to the shops and public transport. The area is a peaceful neighbourhood as the neighbours are not loud or noisy and everyone is friendly.

You must be an animal lover as we have two strictly indoor cats, as well as two dogs, all animals are lovely however the house would not suit someone who has allergies. House is exceptionally central, close to shops and the train station as well as bus stops. We would love someone responsible, respectful, clean, tidy, easygoing and someone who loves to have a laugh, as we are both friendly and relaxed. I have just rented this cosy apartment only 1 min walk from Sutherland train station. 30min train to the city Spacious double bedroom, would easily fit a queen or king bed. Rent is $185pw + bills split equally. Supermarket, shops, cafes and public transport within walking distance. Place is pretty much furnished, but happy for you to bring your own furniture too. I think the place could use more love
