THE APARTMENT: Situated between Royal Parade and the Avenue at the city end of Princes Park, the apartment is on the fifth floor with an incredible view of Royal Park and minimal traffic disturbance. It is amazingly well lit with large windows and high ceilings. The bedroom available is medium size with BIR (a queen bed and desk will fit comfortably) and the (very large) bathroom is shared with one other. The kitchen is quite big (more than one person can cook at a time) and well equipped. The living room is also very spacious, with both lounge and dining areas. The balcony is quite large, with plenty of space for table/chairs and small plants. The laundry is located in the shared bathroom. The number 19 tram is right outside and an approximately 15 minute ride into the CBD. US: We like to keep a clean, quiet and very tidy house. We are dedicated and hardworking post-grad students, looking for a brilliant third housemate of the same mentality. Great community and amazing facilities. The village provides a large study room, a heated pool, a 24/7 gym, a game room and a movie room with Netflix and foxtel. If you're into sports or tv series, lots of events are hosted in the movie room where residents get together to watch them as soon as they're released in Australia. Speaking of events, the village holds numerous daily activities such as free food, playtime with the village dogs and village parties to get residents out of their rooms. The village is also fully gated and we have full time security. The residents are mostly split with rmit or Melbourne for Uni however there are some in the village that go to la trobe and even Monash! The room is fully furnished with a mattress, a full kitchen and a modern bathroom. There's also lots of room on the desk for study. The room also holds a gorgeous view of the courtyard. The place is amazing for students looking to meet other students and enjoy a healthy student life.
