The room is a double room (so for two people, so 200 AUD per person per week bills included) and it currently has two single beds. It is very big and the storage space can be arranged so you have some private space. The house is very luminous, every room has at least one window. We have a courtyard to chill in but even better: the park is litterally our back yard (there are free barbecues in the park and a little hill with a view of the city). The housemates are freaking fantastic ;D It is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk away from melbourne uni, 15 minutes walk away from the free tram zone and the rent is cheap for its location. Our common areas are spacious and clean and there is always someone chilling there.
