X3 huge living areas, though my cats 2 affectionate cats do come in and sleep on my bed, puppy King Charles Cavalier is a bit too smelly and active inside ;), so enjoys playing with my fenced in Boer Goats (all pets with names). Home is huge, designed with bedrooms at one end of house, and living at other end to maximize breathtaking views. Very quiet to retreat to room, or socialize happily with me in one of the living areas. Smart TVs have Netflix, and unlimited wifi through house. Lovely, fresh tank water, that does not compare to any bottled water, and Pyramid Rock walking track out front of property with breathtaking, clifftop ocean views.
