The house is set up like two flats joined by a kitchen. You will have your own entrance, living room, bathroom and room. We share only a kitchen and laundry and will often go days without seeing each other. Has NBN internet, air con and is close to shops, the lake and the beach.

Tidy , very cosy place has a nice front and back yard that I maintain and on a very quiet street with friendly neighbors. Room has a double bed in it at the moment but can be moved out to the 3rd room if you have your own bed.

The House is located on a hill in a quiet area with mountain views from the front the property. Each room has a large veranda attached with mountain and street views. Being behind a bush reserve, there is a nice presence of wildlife and a constant gentle breeze. Every room is spacious and has been designed with large inbuilt wardrobes for comfort. There are two rooms which share a common bathroom while the other rooms are en suite. The house is semi furnished while the rooms are unfurnished. I'm looking for friendly, tidy,considerate girls who don't smoke or drink. Sound level conscious and no overnight stays just out of respect for other girls in the house.
