There is no garage usage or storage, and car parking will be in the driveway. This is a central and fabulous location! I am 1-2 mins to the cafe restaurant strip of Victoria Park, so if you loathe cooking there are so many food options just minutes down the road! I am 5 mins from the city, 3 mins on a bus to Carousel shopping centre. At the end of my street there is a local shopping centre, service station, dr surgery and buses run every 20 mins north to the city or the south. I am also 5 mins driving distance to South perth and the swan river.
