Hey guys/girls, we are two males and a female looking for a fourth person to share a house with! We live at 660 Gowan Road, Stretton in a four bedroom, 3 bathroom (including ensuite) mansion. We have a lovely 3 year old malamute X german shepard desexed female who is a house mascot, her name is Mishka. The rent will be $140 including unlimited internet (currently adsl2 but nbn should be available in the next few months), however it doesnt include gas and electricity (and water if we go over the quarterly free limit). You will also have to pay a cut of the bond as you will be going on the lease, we will be able to provide you with all that information on application but its basically a quarter cut of 4 weeks rent, and as we have 0% intention of wrecking this house, you will be able to get that back at the end of lease (pending house condition at end of lease). The room we currently have available is included in the pictures, however it is unfurnished apart from the desk. It can comfortably fit a queen sized bed and has aircon (we try to use it as little as possible to save on bills). There is street parking available directly outside the house (with a bicycle lane next to it so it is save). We also live less than 50m away from a 150 bus stop! What we are looking for: A male or female housemate (if a couple, will have to pay per head as opposed to per room eg. $120 per person also, we would all appreciate minimal public displays of attention in common areas) between the ages of 18-26. we have one room for rent in our share house. the bedroom can fit a queen without a problem and has built in air conditioning. our house is across the street from the 150 bus and a 5min drive to the sunny bank hills shopping centre. We currently have a people friendly dog on the property (German Shepard) but she does not go well with other pets sorry. on street parking is available with the travel time to uni under 15mins and the internet bill will be included in the rent.
