5 acres in Adelaide Hills. Enough space to have our own space, but company around if you feel like it. We have a gym set up and sometimes have spa on weekends. We have dogs and chickens on property, and attempting to grow some veggies. Rent is for 1 person in room - negotiate price for 2 (does have queen size bed). Beautiful location amongst the trees, feels like the country but only 20mins from town, 10mins from Flinders and 20mins from the beach. Two really easy going, friendly guys living here the last 2 years, we've just added a new addition downstairs and looking to add an additional housemate for the spare room upstairs, as other housemates have left for a world trip indefinitely.
