All the people that live in Bondi are very nice, welcoming and outgoing! You will have a great time! We have a garden, a kitchen with a microwave and an oven, a bathroom with a bathtub and a mirror. This is a cosy little room with a big window overlooking the houses of the little Bondi Beach valley though which creates a feeling of space. We are a quiet but friendly household. Janett is a beauty therapist , Hazel is an actor/filmmaker, and I am an entrepreneur with market stalls on the weekends. We're right near Bondi Beach as well, it is an amazing location. Surf, coastal walks, hipster bars and cafes all on our doorstep and a bus to the city all times of day and night.

A 5 minute walk to Bondi beach, a few minutes walk to restaurants and cafes, and the bus to Bondi Junction is right outside the door. The place is really light - with loads of sunlight throughout. There's a newly renovated bathroom shared between two people. There is a small balcony, which is a beautiful place to sit and chill in the sun. The block is quiet, the neighbours are lovely and there is extra storage in our downstairs laundry room if you need it. Also a great opportunity if two friends are looking for a place together!

It‘s a really big and clean flat. Only about 5min walk from the beach. We have a TV with Netflix, unlimited WIFI, a balcony, bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. It‘s not a party house but I‘ve you want to go out bars etc. are not far. The next bus stop is about 2min walking distance. I‘m gone on holiday and looking for someone who will stay about two weeks. Hello, We are looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in our lovely apartment in Bondi. You would be living with myself, my partner Matt and our lovely labrador. Bailey. I work as a criminal lawyer and my partner Matt owns his own marketing agency. Matt is from NZ, loves surfing and is very easy to get along with. I like my little garden, try to cook healthy but tasty food and get outside as much as possible. We'd love to live with someone who is easy-going and is generally a nice person. Bailey is about 18 months, very clean (as we have to wash her everytime she swims!) and has a beautiful, affectionate nature. She goes for a long walk every morning, stays in our courtyard during the day when we're at work and sleeps in our bedroom. She doesn't bark, whine or go into the second bedroom unless she is invited. Apartment is two-bedroom, each with our own bathroom. We have a small en suite and you would have the main bathroom which adjoins your bedroom. We live on the bottom floor of an apartment block. All the windows and doors have crimsafe. Courtyard is slowly becoming a private, green sanctuary. There's an outdoor couch, garden, clothes line and BBQ. Internet available ($20/month unlimited), Netflix on the main TV is included. It is only a minute walk down to the beach and is a great, friendly apartment block. Buses to the city leave from just around the corner (333 and 380). Please note: the toilet in your bathroom will be replaced when our current flatmate moves out (returning to Ireland) and before you move in. Also, our current flatmate is prepared to leave all furniture (bed, mattress, bedside table, entertainment unit, wardrobes) for $100 for the next person. Very happy to show anyone around.
