This modern area is fully furnished and comprises a wrought iron four post queen size bed with a lounge area including leather lounge and television. The room also includes its own bathroom (shower/toilet) and has its own external side access. The sliding doors open to a large deck overlooking the Woronora River and a decked swimming pool. There's a bar with tea making facilities, and a small fridge. The house is a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and takes you directly to Jannali train station. From there theres is a 50 minute commute by train to the city, or 15 minutes to Cronulla Beach. If you have a car there is on street parking outside the house. The house is in a beautiful quiet bush land setting overlooking the Woronora River. We are a family with small children and both work. We are easy going and enjoy socialising as well as our peace and quiet. This area is up for short term lease, and would suit people coming for a holiday from interstate or overseas, or someone who has some short term work in Sydney who are after somewhere nice and quiet. Rent is $300 per week, or $80 per night with no minimum stay per night. This includes wifi internet. Please note that this room does not have an included kitchen.
