I'm very busy with work and hobbies, so when I'm home I'm usually cooking or relaxing in front of the TV. On the quieter end of the spectrum myself and I like to keep the place tidy. The apartment is fully furnished, but you will just need to furnish the room. The room is 2.8x2.8 (not including the built in wardrobe which is an additional 65cm deep and 1.9m long with shelves, drawers and hanging rods). The complex has 8 spaces in its visitor parking and there are usually free spots. Otherwise, there is always lots of street parking. Bills came to approximately $20-$25 a person per week last year (internet, gas, electricity, water). I have two pet guinea pigs. They live in the laundry and are very cute, friendly, quiet and clean.
