Downstairs, you will find the laundry, with extra toilet and plenty of cupboard space, and an open plan kitchen/lounge room. There is a walk-in pantry, with all appliances already supplied by us. This leads out to a brick patio outside, with minimal garden. Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms and the bathroom, with toilet, shower and bath. The bedroom in question is of a good size, with two windows, a built in robe and is carpeted. We are 10 minutes walk from Surrey Hills, Mont Albert and Box Hill station, and similarly close to Box Hill Centro. There is a gym/pool 5 minutes walk away as well. We are very communal people, with all bills and house cleaning generally done as a group. Rent for the property is currently 630.08 per month/per 4 people. A well located 2 bedroom townhouse in Box Hill. It features a well sized lounge looking out onto a private courtyard, near a leafy and relatively quite street. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, there is storage under the stairs, and a nice sized bathroom/laundry upstairs. The location is very close to Box Hill Central (about 700-800m walk) which has a the train station for travel into the city. At Box Hill Central is also Woolworths, Coles, and Box Hill Markets for groceries, and also a number of other eateries. In the opposite direction, but just as close, is Aqualink with a well equipped gym, indoor and outdoor lap pools, spas, basketball courts, footy fields, etc. There isn't a garage spot available however should you have a car there is parking available within the complex. When my current flatmate moves out unfortunately the fridge, and dining room table will be going with him. I will look to replace the fridge initially, however should you have any of these items to add to the house that would be well received. Hey, we have three housemates going overseas next semester so there is going to be 3 bedrooms available at different dates in the next couple of months in this 5 bedroom house. The dates available will be roughly: Bedroom 1: 10th June Bedroom 2: 31st June Bedroom 3: 31st August Location: It's less than a 5 minute walk to Box Hill Central which features the train station, supermarkets, gym etc. It's also roughly a 25 minute train ride to Flinders St. House: All available rooms are reasonably sized (roughly 3m x 3.5m), easily big enough to fit a bed, desk and wardrobe. Quiet, very safe street in a beautiful lush suburb, 10-12 minutes walk from Box Hill, Surrey Hills, AND Mont Albert train stations + 109 tram. Unit is one separate house in a block of three. Both our neighbours are very friendly and we look out for each other. The back garden is quite small but the front lawn is large and I have a hammock, great for relaxing and having small gatherings if you don't mind the neighbours being able to see you. Laundry has washing machine & dryer, air con and heating in the living room. The garage is frequently used for my business, but has some storage space available. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a window facing South toward the driveway, large enough for double bed and desk. Currently the living room is also used as a study/work space, great if you are a student or do some work from home. Garden is a work in progress, I've been 'renovating' (replacing) old soil and plants as I can, if you like gardening feel try to help out :P Note: I'm up at 5.30-6am most mornings for work, make sure this won't be a problem for you :)
