I have shared many times before and always had a great time. The separated front double bedroom is available with private ensuite, direct access to pool, alfresco area and backyard and with a small private TV/Lounge area (shown as office on the floor plan). The house is furnished so some very good furniture is available for you if you need it. Two single beds can be replaced with a double bed if required. Fantastic view of the Glasshouse Mountains, 15 minute walk from the train station and town. Mostly tidy place, two cats, a dog and a rat already live here, but pets are considered. Smokers welcome, but only smoking outside.

There are two bedrooms available both with shared bathroom. House is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. Glasshouse is a lovely area lots of hikes close by and only around 20mins drive to the beach. Internet is $30/month. Power and water bills are split evenly. If we get a 4th roommate rent will drop to about $120/week.
My home is so peaceful. It is a little resort, a piece of heaven to escape to. It has a spa pool, a paper-bark forest surrounding it, it's on over one acre, it has a fantastic outdoor decked area with an outdoor bar, kitchen, BBQ, lounge area, Brazilian hammocks, 12 person dining table. Inside there is a small library/reading room- piano room; movie room and a great kitchen. It is a great home to host friends over for a lazy afternoon. The room to share has a full built in wardrobe, air conditioner and fan and I can provide it with or without a bed (King size bed). We have Foxtel and internet as well as a printer. It is easy to get to places from here. 10 min drive to Morayfield/Caboolture area. 30 min to Caloundra.
