I work 4 days a week, generally early starts (7.30 - 8am) and am generally home between 4 and 5pm, but every couple of weeks I have late starts/late finishes so my schedule can be a bit odd at times. I enjoy having people over for dinner and drinks but not in to hosting big house party's these days, plus the size of the flat/closeness of neighbors doesn't really allow for it! I am really hoping to find a like minded housemate who wants to have chats, laughs, hang out, have a drink/meal.. basically is wanting to create a home/friendship rather than being locked away behind closed doors. Someone who wants to embrace the house as their home too! Tallulah is a 3 month old miniature schnauzer. She is super cute, but a cheeky pup. She is locked in the kitchen/laundry area when I am at work, and we have this pretty down pat. Toilet training is coming along and she is very friendly. We have to be careful with the front door not being left open though! I take full responsibility for Tallulah, and the courtyard. She is not my first dog, and I promise to be as prompt and on to all the puppy business as possible. I am very active and work out a bit. I do a lot of yoga, go to the beach, and walk Tallulah every day. I am out and about on weekends and have a horse so train on the weekends too. I do float around the area on work days/nights, mornings off etc. I love going for a coffee at the local cafe. I am a vegetarian, but you can eat meet with no judgement. No need for a car, the shops, train station, trams are all within walking distance. The building itself is a beautiful old Edwardian mansion and my unit is the only one with a courtyard. As I am a keen gardner I have created a beautiful oasis for my self. I love nothing more that to chill out in the courtyard on my hammock with a glass of wine in my hand... bliss.

This is a corner block and an older building which means large rooms, high ceilings and fantastic north-facing aspect... great when the weather cooperates! The place is quite central with only a couple minutes walk to nearby Glenhuntly road which has a large selection of stores, restaurants and public transport access. This building has 5 other flats, all other tenants are retirees so there is almost no noise and they never use the shared facilities such as outdoor entertaining areas. The next door neighbor is in her 90's and quite hard of hearing so no matter how much noise we make, we will never get a noise complaint!
