There is air-conditioning in the living room and heaters in each of the bedrooms. I own pretty much every kitchen appliance known to man and you are welcome to use them (woks, rice cooker, risotto maker, electric cake mixer, coffee machine, food processor, nutribullet, blender etc). The apartment complex itself is well kept, has secure automatic gates and there are 2 tandem parking spots at the rear for the apartment. It is opposite a park which also seems to have plenty of parking along it. Internet and bills will be split between the two of us. Any more questions - just ask! The apartment is not suitable for pets and not big enough for couples unfortunately!

I love where I live! Its central to everything. I live on a beautiful street, the very famous 'St Georges Rd" of elsternwick. No need for a car, the shops, train station, trams are all within walking distance. The building itself is a beautiful old Edwardian mansion and my unit is the only one with a courtyard. As I am a keen gardner I have created a beautiful oasis for my self. I love nothing more that to chill out in the courtyard on my hammock with a glass of wine in my hand... bliss.
