Here's the scoop: I'm currently renting a Mc Mansion (kinda) in Brighton. My current 2 roomies are running away and I'm kicking my heels in and don't want to move. The townhouse is huge (over 3 levels), the main room on offer would be considered a master bedroom, there is another bonus bedroom and a loft - along with an additional lounge. large courtyard, your own bathroom, plenty of storage blah blah. 2 mins walk from the Half Moon/Brighton Train Station - 10 mins walk to the beach. The "half house" is available on 23rd of June but I can be flexible around this date. My current RE Agent is holding me to ransom - wants the new roomie to sign a new lease with me...We can chat about this. The Sandringham train takes eighteen minutes to travel from Gardenvale Station in Martin Street to Flinders Street Station in the city.

Netflix account. I have a bed thats available and some furniture in the room. You just need to bring linen. You have your own bathroom with a big bath. Ducted heating. Prefer professional female who is tidy and conscientious. Good heating great coffee machine. Rear yard. Parking is easy on the street. Walking distance to elwood parks beach and cafes. Unlimited wifi and Netflix are included. We have a nice frontyard with yucca palms, a bit of planting and a massive BBQ. A 5 min walk brings you to absolutely fabulous Elwood beach, bars and shops. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double/queen bed and has a massive built in wardrobe with plenty of space to store your things. There is air-conditioning in the living room and heaters in each of the bedrooms. I own pretty much every kitchen appliance known to man and you are welcome to use them (woks, rice cooker, risotto maker, electric cake mixer, coffee machine, food processor, nutribullet, blender etc). The apartment complex itself is well kept, has secure automatic gates and there are 2 tandem parking spots at the rear for the apartment. It is opposite a park which also seems to have plenty of parking along it. Internet and bills will be split between the two of us. Any more questions - just ask! The apartment is not suitable for pets and not big enough for couples unfortunately!
