I have recently signed a lease for this property and get the keys on the 3rd of March (will be moving in around the 6th of March). The apartment will be fully furnished (with nicer furniture than in the photos!), and the room can be furnished if required with some drawers and a double/queen bed. There is air-conditioning in the living room and quite nice spacious bedrooms - plenty of room for a queen bed in each and both with built in wardrobes. I own pretty much every kitchen appliance known to man and you are welcome to use them (woks, rice cooker, risotto maker, electric cake mixer, coffee machine, food processor, nutribullet, blender etc). The apartment complex itself is well kept, has secure automatic gates and there are 2 tandem parking spots at the rear for the apartment. It is opposite a park which also seems to have plenty of parking along it whenever I have been in the area. Internet and bills will be split between the two of us. Any more questions - just ask! The apartment is not suitable for pets!
