The house is fully furnished, including patio setting, and equipped (kitchen gear etc), with split-system air-con in the living room and ceiling fans in bedrooms. There's an array of bedroom furniture available for use, although only one mattress available. There's space in the lock-up shed for bicycles/motorbikes, as well as a single covered carport. The driveway is very narrow though - all but very small cars need to stay on-street. Moorooka train station is just 10 minutes walk (Beenleigh/Ferny Grove line), and there's many bus options, with a local circuit stopping right outside the neighbours' house. Rent is $145 or $155 per week, including all utilities and unlimited wifi. No couples or room-sharing, sorry. Upfront costs = $580 or $620, to cover two weeks rent (and you must stay two weeks ahead at all times), and security deposit equal to a further two weeks rent. While I retain sole control of the lease, all tenants are required to register with the real estate. A clean and spacious modern, two bedroom apartment on a quiet street right off Beaudesert road, close to buses, trains and shopping.
