I will have common furniture and internet (hopefully with Foxtel) connected; however, you will require most of your own bedroom furniture (I may have one spare queen sized bed). Please note that the bedrooms are on the third floor so beds, own furniture, etc. ought to be flexible to navigate the stairs. The house has ducted heating and cooling, laundry equipment and basic kitchen utensils (gas stove and oven). There is a small courtyard and a balcony to enjoy the Canberra weather.

Bond + 1 month in advance rent required at key exchange. Electronic transfer is available on request. Rent is payable on the 1st of every month. Bills will be equally shared. Internet is $320 / month (total) but your internet can be ‘shaped’ based on the amount you wish to pay. The room is your space but I may require access to do repairs, upgrades but any entry to your room you will be notified. About the House: The house is a modern (built in 2011) property situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Woolworths is a leisurely 1.6km away and Coles is 2.9km away. A park is located across the road as well as excellent access to bike / walk paths. Very low maintenance yard. Two cats reside at the house. Both desexed, microchipped girls and they are about a year old. Abby (Black, grey and white) is very sheepish with new people but is the more energetic out of the two. Leeloo is a Tabby and is quite shy with new people. Both are friendly and share equal rights to the space, if you do not wish to have cats in your room, maintaining a closed-door policy is recommended. Kitty Litter and feeding is my problem but participation is encouraged. Currently myself and partner (Scott) and another housemate who is in the process of moving out. Our home is a roomy 4 bedroom house in Bonner. We are pretty easy going, enjoy a reasonably clean and tidy house (cleaning shared between us). Backyard is a work in progress, and we have a vegetable garden, so if you like gardening happy for you to join in! House is fully furnished including the bedroom which has a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom has built in wardrobe plus there is storage in the other rooms if required. Depending on when our other housemate moves out there may be an empty room if you would prefer an unfurnished room. Ducted heating. No cooling.
