We have a big, beautiful bedroom available in our home. Your room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and bookcase. Beautiful house in a relatively quiet street in Gaythorne. We have a dog, that when she gets used to you will be annoying you for all the pats! There is a big yard with a big clothesline and lots of shade from a beautiful frangipani tree. Storage under the house, not heaps as a builder lives here so it's taken up with wood and stuff. THE ROOM: Quite big, square in shape, that comes off the loungeroom. Has storage racks on the wall and a pretty chandelier. Probably turns into the darkest room in the house due to the blind. North facing window. There is a bit of furniture in the room that can easily be removed if you don't need it. Shelves, office chair and full length mirror. We are a relatively clean household. Obviously we are all only human, so just clean up after yourself and dont be a dick to live with and we will get on good. A little social interaction never goes astray so feel free to chat and have a drink with us. Nice little verandah out front, does back onto other two rooms so be considerate of noise. Shared bathroom but a separate toilet. Showerhead is effing amazing, but wasting water ain't cool and we all pay for water so don't be a fish in that mother. Interested? Hit me up. I am moving out and urgently need someone to take over my room it is a lovely 4mx4m bedroom in a very modern apartment. Quiet, cosy and relatively cheap! Very close to Woolworths and Brookside. Unlimited internet, off street parking and a very chilled housemate! Bills (including internet) are only around $50 a month! Unfortunately our lease only runs for around 3 more months (9th Aug) so it is a short term stay.
Great size two bedroom two bathroom apartment with courtyard and undercover alfresco. Place is fully furnished with some funky unique furniture. Bus stop out the front and 5 min walk to supermarkets and cafes. The bedroom available is fully set up with brand new mattress only slept on a handful of times, yet I'm happy to clear the room if you have your own furniture.

The unit is situated in a prime location. It has a bus stop over the road, it's no joke a 3 min walk to Coles, bakery, post office, butchers, fruit market and a large range of restaurants. It's 9km NW from the city and 5.5km from QUT university. It is one of eight units in the block and all the neighbors are friendly, they don't mind when we have people around for drinks & make a bit of noise and they are all relatively quiet also. The actual room for rent is not furnished but the rest of the house is. So all you'll need is some things for your bedroom. It's the perfect place for a student considering how close it is to everything and how cheap the rent is.

The apartment is located ~ 20 minutes from the city (check the photos for info on how to get here- notice that I picked random times, buses run at all other times too). The location is perfect as we have Coles, wollies, the post office, banks and more within 5 min walk and buses to the city stop right accross the road. The closest train station (Ennogera) is around 3 min bus ride from the house. The room is available for someone clean and respectful of others. Fantastic fully furnished apartment in a great area. Room is currently furnished with a queen sized bed and desk, however can be removed if need be. You will have sole use of the main bathroom with a shower over the bath. The complex has a BBQ area and some off-street parking (there is a quiet street less than 100m away also). There is a bus stop at the gate, and a shopping centre right across the road with Woolworths, Coles, Charlies (fruit market and raw squeeze), Grill'd, sushi, pizza, gyms etc.
