There's air conditioning in the open plan living space with a fan and fans in all bedrooms. Nice big balcony, which has been great for entertaining larger groups spilling over from the living area. Extra balcony off the kitchen, perfect for a little garden or drying clothes. Non-smoking, no pets. The neighbours are great, can always have a chat and a laugh. We don't hear the neighbours due to the thick walls between units - very private. There are cafes and shops 2 mins walk down the road, with the Gaythorne train station 5 mins walk. Great for commuting and lazy Saturday walks + coffees+ bagels + jaffles...
