Hi there :) One room had already gone fast so now just looking for one cool person to come and join our sweet share house in the northern suburb of Mitchelton, just a few minutes away from Stafford and Everton Park. Perks of this place include that it's an absolutely massive property, with two living rooms a study area, huge fully fenced backyard and garage you certainly wouldn't find yourself living on top of your housemates! The bedroom is a decent size, easily fits a queen bed and comes with a built in wardrobe. As we have three bathrooms the last room also comes with its own private bathroom located downstairs with a shower. As well as this we are a 5 minutes walk from the train station which takes you to CBD in 20 minutes - we are only a 10 minutes walk from Brookside shopping center which has Woolworths/Coles/Big W + a heap of other stores for your convenience. We live close to the park and dog park - would consider someone with a dog or cat provided we meet them first. We have Foxtel, Netflix, unlimited internet and air con in the living space. There is plenty of storage space available if you have a bunch of stuff and parking space in the garage or driveway if you prefer. Bond would be *$550 and we are looking for long term people to make a stable household, 6 months+ would be preferable. If at any time you would need to vacate the property it would be essential to replace yourself with another tenant before exiting. Bills are split equally between all of us but we try to be conscientious of water and electricity to keep the price low. My home is located in a really handy spot in Everton Park. It's about 300 metres to both Brookside shopping centre/Mitchelton station and the new Woolies with Grill'd and all the other food places. The house is brand new, less than a year old. It's 2 storey, has both upstairs and downstairs living areas, a nice landscaped back yard and a secure garage.
