The apartment is on the fourth (penthouse) floor of the apartment and is super peaceful and quiet. There are two bedrooms total and a bathroom/laundrette - I have an ensuite connected to my bedroom, so I will only need to enter your bathroom for laundry! It’s basically your private bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and I’ve furnished most of the house including a washer & dryer, fridge etc. The balcony is huge!!! I have a big bar table out there and it only takes up a third of the length. Small pets will be considered pending the landlords approval! The apartment complex is lovely and all the residents are quiet and friendly. There is a good sized pool that is always well-maintained.
