It takes less than 5 mins to walk to the train. There's no bond. The block of units is generally taken by older people so it's a family friendly lovely environment where the neighbors look out for one another. We already have practically everything you need to live with and we have unlimited wifi that you can have access to for $20 a month. We have started making a veggie patch out the back and have made cute furniture out of wood and milk crates too. Bills need to be payed within 2 weeks (as they will be split between three of us and one person pays them upfront) Equally, if you are using facilities like the kitchen or bathrooms you need to take an active part in household chores.
