The good thing about this property is that it’s brand new so we are the first to live here. It’s also very close to grocery stores or shopping centres. It’s very close to the city and an Uber is only about $15 to the city or valley for your weekends.

Also IGA, 7-eleven service station, gym, a very nice cafe, medical center and chemist are all in 5 min walk. Brookside shopping centre, super markets and a lot of takeaways only 5 min drive and Chermside Westfield is 12 min drive. The room has a queen size . It has a ceiling fan (also gets a nice draft when the window is open) and also a good size built in wardrobe. All bills including 100GB/month ADSL internet are included in the rent. Sorry but no pets are allowed.
