Your room faces the front yard & street (park opposite), has a queen-sized bed, with quality linen, hanging and shelf space, artwork, small electric heater, fan, rug on the floor. There are other items, if you would prefer to furnish your self, that works, however the bed stays. Walking distance to the Bowral - Train station, post office, public pool (summer only), hospitals, and Bradman Museum, Empire Cinema some via the cycle/walking track. NBN has recently been connected. The only bills are electricity and water - both quarterly and wood (winter). The internet has only just been connected so that is a learning curve. No smokers, No drugs. Some shift workers welcome, short, long and part-time stays all considered. Main requirements are: you are female, mature-minded, good at communication, and we like each other. Great room in Elderslie available immediately. Nice, quiet street with great neighbours. 15 minute walk to central Camden. Less than a minute walk to public transport, close to the bike track. Split system air. Big backyard, block also backs onto a massive park so if you're a shift worker or light sleeper it's a real winner as it's usually really quiet. Room is unfurnished but it's spotless with built in wardrobe, also lots of shed storage space if need be. Internet is unlimited and on the fastest NBN speed available, house is vintage, yet in great shape for it's age. I'll also include all bills in the rent.

Hello My wife and i have a large 4 bedroom house and are looking at renting out a furnished room in it, the room has a queen bed & bed side tables also a study desk and chair is available to put in the room if needed. We are also able to clear the room if you would prefer an empty room. You would also have your own bathroom and shower we only need access to this room for the laundry as it is a combined laundry and bathroom but the bathroom and shower would be all yours to use. The house has a large back yard & under cover entertainment area with BBQ and outdoor settings, you will also get your own lock up shed if you have storage items. Located on a safe and quite Street, and walking distance to public transport and only few mins drive to major shopping centre. We are both easy going and work we enjoy to occasionally socialize with friends on the weekend by having a BBQ and few drinks or going out but we are not party animals so would like a housemate that is the same, have a 9 month old daughter and i also have a 7 year old that comes every 2nd weekend to stay. Also a small dog but he lives outside and in garage NOT in the house! We are looking at charging $270 per week which will include all bills and Internet. The only other fee we would like is $60 per fortnight which goes towards a cleaner who will come once every 2 weeks to clean the house and a Gardner who comes to mow the lawns once a month or as needed, so you would not have to worry to much about cleaning or any yard work.
