Hey all, my housemate is wanting to move out with his girlfriend so he’s leaving me behind.. This is why I'm in need of a new housemate or mates. The townhouse is located in Keilor Downs, which is a 5 minute drive to either Watergardens or Keilor Downs Plaza. Also a 5 minute drive to either Watergardens or Keilor Plains Station. So there’s one spot in the driveway which is beside the house and plenty of room on the street for a third car. It's a brand new townhouse which is about 2 years old, there are two bedrooms up for grabs! They easily fit a queen bed and bedside tables and also has built in robes. Im not home often and the house would be ideal for someone looking for a spacious fully furnished place. It is a short 25mim drive from the CBD, I’m also only 5 min from train station and 10min from watergardens shopping centre. It is a perfect location. I’m a warm friendly person, more importantly clean and tidy. I’m into sports, training, watchers movies, food and socializing. With that being said I don’t go out to party much at all, more of a dinner and glass of wine type of person. We're situated on the border of caroline springs, 5 min walk from Woolworths, close to cs square (5 min drive). The house is in a fairly new and really quiet area, quite surbubany with families for neighbours. The house is furnished, although the room isn't but all rooms have a built in wardrobe. We have a washing machine and dryer for use. All bills and internet are included in the rent. We have a few friendly pets. We have a veggie garden and a gym.
