We have a massive kitchen and lovely outdoor entertaining area (incl BBQ), which serves us well all year round. The living area is large with a 5 seater couch and large smart TV (Netflix and bachie sessions are encouraged). You will be sharing the bathroom with a male and female and have plenty of cupboard space. The house is kitted out with modern essentials including a dishwasher and central heating/cooling. The house is close (within 300m) of public transport (including the 48 Tram) and plenty of other amenities within walking and driving distance (including a Coles, Woolworths and IGA). There’s lots of lovely cafes around the area (even in walking distance) if brunch is your thing and a few good gyms. Your bedroom will be downstairs near the general living area. It currently fits a queen bed, large chest of draws, tv unit and bedside table. There is no built in robe but we have a freestanding wardrobe that is yours to use exclusively in the adjacent front room. There is on street parking and it’s pretty easy to grab a park. It’s very safe and we have all parked on the street before with no problems. Luckily we have all furniture/white goods we need! We love our house!! it's such a beautiful large house. It has polished wooden floor boards downstairs, tiles in the kitchen/lounge area and carpet upstairs. There's a huge spa bath tub in the shared bathroom. Two lounge room areas, Ryley has turned the second one into his own music studio which everyone is welcome to use :) The backyard area has grass growing (too slowly for my liking..!). Plenty of off-street parking and right out the front is the 109 tram stop! The 109 goes directly into the city or to Box Hill the other way and runs all night on weekends. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, and overall is fully stocked for anything you would need, but if you have stuff of your own, plenty of room for more stuff too!
