The apartment is almost brand new (less than 3 years old) and is in an excellent location. Close to the Manuka and Kingston shops, the Foreshore, Civic and the Parliamentary Triangle. The room is spacious enough to fit a queen bed, side table, and desk. It has a shared balcony with the master bedroom that looks out towards Canberra Avenue. It is directly opposite the bathroom and shower so is easy to access and will be shared with another male flatmate. It also has a modest built-in wardrobe able to accommodate clothing and extra items. The living room and kitchen are extremely roomy, well lit and can fit a lot of further furniture. Ideally, someone who has extra furniture to bring would be greatly appreciated! The living room also has reverse cycle air conditioning to stay cool and warm however the place is well ventilated and insulated that we rarely use it. The apartment is 3 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops in Kingston and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop with regular buses to the city centre. The apartment has a balcony and views of the leafy street out the front. The room is a medium size and has large built in wardrobe. Bills (electricity and internet) will be split equally (estimated about $85/month). Room is unfinished but the rest of the apartment is furnished but more than happy to accomodate additional furniture (there is also a small storage cage should you need it).
