We (that's Jack and Anja) are looking for someone to move in with us. Jack has bought the house a couple of years ago and we've been doing lots of renovation on it since, to make it a paradise everyone wants to call home. One bedroom is available starting Mid-November and around Christmas - time our beloved friend will move out so we'll be looking to find someone to move into the second bedroom at that time. The house has got 3 bedrooms in total. The first one we are renting out has a big inbuilt cupboard for all your belongings and a window to let both light and breeze into your room. At the moment there is a queen size bed with a mosquito net set up, but if you are bringing your own bed it can easily be stored underneath the house. The second room which will be available around Christmas (we don't know the exact date yet) and has also got our friends bed and a little cupboard in it. We've recently upgraded this room with a balcony that overlooks our vegetable garden. Right next to this bedroom is the bathroom with a big shower, the toilet and lots of storage room for everyone's belongings. The two front rooms are Jack and my bedroom and a little office. The heart of the house is a big open living space where we like to chill on the couch, listen to music and dance through the kitchen whilst cooking amazing dishes for ourselves and sometimes for friends. From the kitchen/livingroom there are sliding windows facing the big deck and views onto our beloved garden. The deck invites to chill in one of the hammocks, do yoga on, have breakfast/lunch and dinner, be creative , read a book and listen to the birds. Because there really is not much else in our soundscape. We're very lucky to have a quiet neighbourhood. Downstairs there is a big garden, which is ever evolving and growing into a more and more beautiful space for everyone. Jack is a landscaper so he's got the vision, know-how and passion to create wonderful landscape in the back yard. Underneath the house is our storage space, the washing machine and washing line, as well as Jack's workbench. There is still a few projects we have in mind to transform the house and garden even more, but really it is already a homely haven that we both love a lot.

Hey hey, have a bitchin apartment with two rooms available. One is furnished with its own privacy balcony and built ins. The other is un furnished and slightly bigger however has an extra built in. Both rooms would be sharing a bathroom with each other. There’s another balcony out looking the city. Two super safe parking spots. Ac in every room, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Plus a massive fridge. There’s a gym, pool, spa (ish, part of the pool makes bubbles ha) and even a tennis court and herb garden on the roof. It’s smack bang central to everything city life. Woolies down the road, tonnes of bars in case you get thirsty. Wifi and bills included, Stan and Netflix accounts already set up on the main tv. With potential Foxtel. Not much of a party house however there is a beer pong table and a massive entertaining area on the roof with a bunch of chairs.
Hey guys !!!! We are unfortunately leaving our super nice flat which means that 2 rooms gonna be available super soon. The first one is 115$ a week, all furnished without air-con inside but a fan. it gonna be available the 4 of December. The second one is a bit bigger, with air-con and only a mattress on the floor that we can keep or remove as you prefer. It's 125$ a week for this one and it gonna be available from the 18 of december. About the flat, there are every thing we need to live but you can come with whatever you want like extra cooking stuff or furnitures in order to make this place yours! The bathroom is new and really handy, super hot water and super cold water too haha. Everything is working well. And of course, our favorite place ...the balcony who give a really nice view on Magnetic Island, the ocean and the city. I cannot be bored of the sun rise overthere and i am gonna miss it a lot !! It’s about a $12 cab ride to the city, with Uber its cheaper. The home is a high set Queenslander with a decent deck out the back and its on a 928m2 block. There is storage space under the house and there will be undercover parking available till April. I am going away for 2 months so you will be on your own till I return. I have the fastest NBN speed connected which is included in the weekly rent and Netflix on the 65” Curved SUHD Tv in the living room. The room is furnished at the moment but can be un-furnished if you have your own furniture.
