Available for rent is a self-contained section at the front of our house with its own access and separate keys, comprising 2 rooms and an ensuite. These rooms have Invisi-Gard security screens on windows and doors (equivalent to Crimsafe). There is a separate bedroom with queen bed, desk, bedside tables and a 4-drawer tallboy. A small ensuite with shower/tub, toilet and small vanity opens off the bedroom. The bedroom has its own door leading outside, as does the main room. The main room has a kitchenette with microwave, cutlery, crockery, toaster, electric frypan, large bar fridge, small table, 2 chairs, sofa lounge, bookcase, flatscreen TV. The rooms are airy but well-insulated with cavity block construction. There are fans for use in summer and a small ceramic convection wall heater in the living room. We are an easy walk to the foreshore, IGA, Aldi, Bowls Club and shops at Bongaree. WiFi and electricity are included in the rent. The street is wide and quiet so on-street parking is available. We are looking for a quiet, reliable, stable tenant. Rent is $220 including furniture, which is our preference to leave in the rooms, however we may consider renting for $200 without furniture. As these rooms are part of our house, although accessed separately, the lease will be a Rooming Agreement with exclusive use of these rooms.

Our house is close to the stunning Shelly Beach, as well as a short walk down to Kings Beach and also Moffat Beach. It has a nice beach house feel with wooden floor boards and a big yard. Bills are not included in rent, however we usually try to keep them to a minimum so they don't break the bank.

My partner and I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 bedrooms available, currently only looking at renting one room but would consider renting them both, house has a shared bathroom with a second toilet, large outdoor deck and large backyard, house is fully furnished including the bedroom, decent sized bedroom with ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Only a short walk to the beach and into town. We have a beautiful staffy who is indoors and outdoors so must love dogs, would consider having pets here providing they got along with our dog.
