The house was renovated 3 years ago it's bright light and comfortable . We have a big kitchen with Gas cooktop, unlimited internet, is included in the Rent amount . Our home is situated in the middle of the Tyrone Foreshore area of Rye, right between the front and back beaches of Rye. It is nestled up from the road in a very quiet street, surrounded by levelled gardens. The home offers large windows which let in plenty of natural light and green views. The space we are offering built-in robes and a queen ensemble. The bedroom is carpeted with the remainder of the areas floored with beautiful hardwood. The bathroom hosts a shower, sink and small bathtub, with separate toilet. The living area is furnished with a wonderfully comfortable leather couch, large Sony TV and a nice little reading nook. An Apple TV is also provided so all you need to do is plug in your Netflix or Stan accounts! Perhaps the best feature of this area is the large windows overlooking the levelled gardens out the back! At this stage, the kitchen is located within the front part of the house, but with plans to build a kitchen towards the back area. It is set up for use and has a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven. The house also offers central heating the cooling. There is a laundry to use also. We are hoping in the coming months to create a dividing door between the front and back part areas, for now however, this is open.
