On top of that i work long hours, do online study and have a girlfriend that lives on the other side of Melbourne so apart from occasionally seeing me in the kitchen or home gym I'm not normally around. All the bills are included in the rent as well as getting access to the house netflix account and unlimited free nbn internet. You'll also be free to use everything in the common areas which includes the gym, living rooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry and a massive back yard. All we ask is that you respect everyones personal property and you tidy up after yourself so the house stays fairly tidy. We currently also have 2 small dogs and a cat that all get along but more pets can be considered. For privacy reasons I'd rather not post pictures online of all our stuff and the rooms but if you're interested we'd be very happy to have you come by for an inspection and sit down for a cuppa so everyone can be comfortable with the idea of being housemates.

This townhouse is only a few years old and still in great condition. Premium location to shops, parks and public transport and also a brand new park nearby. Hello to my new housemate! I'm looking for an easy going, relaxed and down to earth house mate who is passed the major party seen. I am an RSPCA volunteer foster carer so it is important that you feel comfortable around animals and have a love and understanding for them. There are many animals coming and going in the house so sadly, I can not take on a house mate who already has pets. Animals can become very territorial and its just not fair on any animal or owner. I also have two of my own dogs a small and a medium breed. The house is 3 years old and is close to train station, shops, gym and in a new, fast growing estate. All bills would be split evenly between us (electricity, gas, water and internet). You would have your own bedroom and would only need to share with guests. There is a second lounge room that I'm happy for you to use as your lounge room but it currently doesn't have a couch or TV. I work full time as a Primary School Teacher so I am usually home relaxing most nights, using the TV to calm down. On weekends I like to sleep in and am here and there. One bedroom for rent in small but modern 3 bedroom home in Pakenham. It is located on Havana Pde behind the Masters shopping complex. It is walking distance to a bus stop which goes to either Pakenham Station, Cardinia Road Station or Fountain Gate shopping centre for those that don't drive (like me!). Coles, Aldi, Bunnings, Office Works and some other stores are all within walking distance. There's even two gyms for those into their fitness. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, and the laundry has a washing machine. The lounge has two recliners and a lounge. The bedrooms also have built in robes. The lounge has a split system aircon and the house has ducted heating throughout. A washing machine is available. There is a fridge and freezer available as well however these belong to a previous tenant so they may be picked up in the future. You would be sharing with two other male tenants who are both in their early 20’s. Both are gamers so they keep to themselves a lot and won’t be in your way. One of the tenants has an ensuite so the toilet/bathroom is only shared with one other tenant. The house also has FTTH NBN Internet access, which can be shared for an additional cost. FTTH NBN plans allow up to 100mbit down / 40mbit up although it is currently on a 50/20 plan. The new tenant would be required to go on a 6 month lease and would be subject to real estate approval.
